Beautifully renovated with ocean and mountain views, this upstairs deluxe unit includes floors 2 and 3 (downstairs unit is occupied) with spiral staircase leading to honeymoon suite on 3rd floor. The King master upstairs has an ocean view from the bed, jacuzzi tub, and frosted doors for privacy. Downstairs you will find the Queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom has a double bunk plus a twin bed. Full bathroom on this level, plus washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. The living room has a fireplace (presto logs only), dining area, sliders to the deck with ocean views. Basic cable TV with DVD/VCR combo in living room as well. NOW, WITH FREE WI-FI! No pets or smoking. Parking for 3 cars maximum. NO RV’s or trailers allowed. Just four homes off the Promenade and 6 short blocks to Broadway/Downtown, this fabulous unit is ready to enjoy.

Seaside Getaway
Lovely home right by the beach in Seaside! Great location and home base for our group as we traveled to many locations within the area. Overall, a very lovely stay for the weekend. A few small hiccups from our experience. Garbage bins were absolutely full when we arrived, and there is instruction (in the binder) to take out all garbage upon departure. We couldn't do. We were advised to leave the garbage bags by the front door for pick-up, after being asked to wait until the garbage pick-up happened to then take out the trash. We wouldn't have noticed this if we didn't have a curious toddler opening drawers, but there was one drawer with opened and empty candy wrappers. Probably missed in the cleaning process of the space.

Daughter got married at Ecolob point. Our beach house was perform a family of 7. We let the newlyweds have the big bedroom which was upstairs with a spiral staircase. Beach, shopping was in walking distance. Very scans peaceful week

Perfect Location
We were in Seaside for a family wedding. Our stay was the perfect location for all of the festivities. Beautiful views and close to everything. Loved running along the boardwalk and beach each morning. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Seaside.

Very nice place overall. There was very little hot water and we didnt notice until first baths fir grandbabies were happening after dinner. Property manager came out within 15 minutes to address it, unfortunately we had to wait for the water heater to heat up again and around 830pm there was still no hot water, this was after about 2 hours of resetting heater, decided to wait until morning to call back. Had to leave a message and they called back within an hour and had a plumber show up to fix it. So needless to say half of our 2 days were without hot water but whats a vacation without mishaps right? Everything else was wonderful and the property managers were awesome and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent here again.

Comfortable home & close to the beach
We enjoyed the layout of the home and especially the location to the beach. Just a short walk to a beautiful clean beach that was so much fun to explore. The home was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The only suggestion would be new pillows and the bunk room beds work for kids, but new mattresses for adults would be wonderful. The upstairs suite was amazing!

Cozy cottage
Beautiful rental close to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Was unaware of it being a duplex and an upper unit. Was a little concerning with our smaller grandchildren and the noise the neighbors on the bottom floor may hear. Upstairs loft room was beautiful spiral staircase was a little tricky but we made it work. Property was very clean.

Nice Seaside place
Spent 3 great nights with our daughters and their guys. Moved, sadly, from Salem, Oregon to Iowa 4 years ago; have seen our daughters once in the past 2 years so we took a 3-week long road trip out to see them and our grandchildren and great-granddaughter. We've desired a beach trip with a bonfire for many years and we were happily able to achieve that! This home is set up pretty nicely but furniture apparently is seldom moved as lots of dirt was under the couches. Also, we found a newer I-phone shoved down in one couch. We notified the management of this and also left a note near the phone for the cleaning staff so hopefully it was returned to the correct owner. The winding iron staircase was a challenge to navigate and the joint between 2 railings had a sharp edge to it that we often caught our hands on; management was notified of this and a note was also placed on the railing about it. Location of the home was good; very little traffic.

Wonderful trip to the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was perfect for our family of six. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we even found roasting sticks to use for s’mores on the beach! Great location just steps to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and all the restaurants! Only complaint is that there were only a couple of channels on the TV, but that’s minor. Would definitely stay here again!
