Cozy ground floor unit of this duplex can accommodate up to 4 people, (or 10 if rented with the unit above; 421 Beach). Easy beach access, just off the Promenade, right in the heart of Seaside and downtown. Steps to the Turnaround, downtown, shopping, arcades and restaurants. Living room has flat screen TV with cable, free wifi, dining area, complete kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Back yard is fenced, and shared with both units and includes outdoor seating, and BBQ. Each unit has parking for 2 cars.
Pets are ok with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee. 1 pet only. You will be charged after your reservation has been confirmed and the pet is approved.

Cute House Steps from the Beach
I stayed at the property with my dog for 3 nights. It was quiet and well- maintained. There was a nice fenced yard for my dog. It was within walking distance for many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location, a must stay if you bring your four legged fur baby with you!
Easy check in process, fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen. Great location, 1 block from the beach and can walk anywhere to restaurants/pubs/coffee shops. The fully fenced yard is great for anyone bringing fur babies with them. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying there our next time!

Convenient location to center of town
Overall, the flat served our needs well: comfortable beds and convenient to downtown. While the flat is modestly furnished housekeeping had been well performed because one could not sense pets had occupied the flat. When occupants are in the above flat every footstep is noted -after all this house was built 100+ years ago. A few suggestions were offered to property managers regarding safety: nonslip strips on entry steps for safety during rain days and a handrail for assist with the tub shower.

Easy walk to beach with our old dog. Nice fenced backyard. Location is right next to ji ride condo and resort hotel. It was quiet over winter but I can imagine a lot more activity in summer. Walking distance to everything. Could use better pots with lids. Otherwise it had everything.

Getting to the home was very easy. Location was excellent, 2 blocks to downtown, 2 blocks to the roundabout on the prom, 1 block to the promenade. Everything fun was walking distance. Major stores were a short drive.

This little house is in the perfect quiet location one block off the Prom and beach. The house has all the comforts needed for a relaxing vacation. The only downside were the noisy neighbors on the 2nd floor who let their small children jimp and run starting about 6am every day..but that was not the fault of the property.

Good location
Location is good for not being on the prom itself. So close though. House is fully furnished. Not new by any stretch. You get what you pay for. Furniture for lounging is uncomfortable. They need a couch! Didn't have the recliner as in picture. Overall, proximity to town was great.

Great location and communication
This was our first experience in Seaside Oregon. Everything may not have gone as expected but the communication from the management team was excellent they were very nice very understanding and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the same amount of people. It was so close to the beach it was literally a half block away it’s not a quarter of a block. The distance to all of the businesses it was also very close we walked to everything which was a perfect because there was no parking anywhere close. A great price for a great place!

Clean, quiet, close to everything
The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. It is a duplex with another unit above. We had a dog, so the fenced yard was nice. I was surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was since it is so close to everything. Only a block from the beach and a block from all the fun shops and restaurants. All along the beach, there is a paved walkway with cute lampposts, perfect for walking at night.
