Staff was nice. Breakfast options were good. While not on beach, it is within walking distance to all activities and to the beach. On-site playground equipment was unsafe, and broke while we were using it.

We booked this hotel last minute and the choice ended up quite pleasing. Friendly staff, wonderful patio next to the river. I sat out there next to the fire pit and relaxed while the kids splashed in the adjacent pool. Definetly will book a riverside room next time. Parking lot side is a little noisey and a lot of light comes in. Room was very clean but the furniture could use some updating: better blackout curtains, overly soft bed, and lots of wear on the dresser, desk, and chair. Also, the hide a bed was super creaky. Great amenities, though. You get to keep using them a few hours after you check out of your room including parking. I would stay here again.

Loved being able to step out on our little balcony and look down at the river! The breakfast area was nice, and the location is literally a block from the main shopping / dining row in Seaside! The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

Location of the the hotel is good with easy access to parking. Staff was amazing. Property needs some work. Carpets and other area show the actual age of this property. We have no problem to come back to this property if the price is right.

A nicer than average hotel with lots of amenities. Still has a continental breakfast, plus pool, playground, river view. Super close to walk to the beach and everywhere you need to go in Seaside. Only complaint was the pull out bed. It was absolutely the worst - springs, bar & ripped mattress cover. My 6' 2" son slept on the regular couch. That was the only disappointment.
