Great 1st stop on our trip around OR. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Breakfast items ran out quickly and some things were slowly restocked. Would have enjoyed some fresh local fruit options. We stopped at road stands on our way to our next location and got cherries, peaches, blackberries and blueberries and quickly forgot what wasn't there. : )

property was very pricey and did not provide any of the amenities you would expect for a property at that price point. There were no robes, Cleaning services were only upon request. Continental breakfast was minimal. They made mistakes at our check-in and did not do anything to really make us feel more comfortable about it.

This property is not worth the price that you pay for it. The AC didn't work, dishes were left in the dishwasher and there were no smart tv's to be able to stream the Olympics. It's shameful that the price has to be increased by as much as it was just because it's a busy weekend in Seaside.

The 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath suites are almost like being at home. There is a full kitchen, small bar, refrigerator with top freezer, small Microwave & stacked washer & dryer. Our room had 2 separate balconies, one facing South toward the river and the other West. The staff are experienced rather than summer hires and very pleasant…they go out of their way to be helpful. Parking is close to the entry with no bad places to park. The location is within 2/3 blocks of the beach and the popular Broadway Street shops/restaurants. The newer facility (compared to others in Seaside) is clean and above average with a 5th floor observation deck, Indoor Pool and 2 outdoor patio tables on the river side. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked in with no wait. The staff missed cleaning a few places so we were offered a change of rooms or to have them return to clean. The TV’s have no WIFI capability so there is no streaming. For streaming, bring a Fire Stick or Chromecast like device. A DVR is available at the front desk with some movies available for check out. DW soap pods and washing machine soap is available at the front desk(noted on the back of the WIFI pairing instructions). A safety precaution for children. There is limited seating for breakfast so go early or late. Coffee was available by about 6AM. We will stay there again on our next trip.
