The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Four cameras are not active while guests are in residence. One camera at the front doorbell records video and sound when activated for up to 15 seconds at a time

Wonderful location, great house
This was a great stay in a clean house with a one-of-a-kind view and location right on the mouth of the Necanicum River. Bright and airy with great lounging space and room for our 3 year old to play and run around. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family Beach Vacay!
We loved our stay and the house was close to perfect! The only issue was the futon / foldout beds in the upstairs side room was very uncomfortable. A real bed would make the house a 5* and would ensure a return trip for us! The home was charming and the beautiful estuary setting was awesome.

Hidden Treasure!
Awesome place to stay. About a 20 min walk from house to Seaside main street, direct access to estuary with great views from deck. Hot tub cleanest we've ever seen, and house very well taken care of. Mattresses are very comfortable. All appliances in great condition, and check in/out process was very painless. Overall great experience and we will be coming back!

Wonderful home in a great location for our family of 7 (1 teen, 4 adult children, and my wife and new). Beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Paddle boarding was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Very easy walk to activities downtown but much more quiet and private when back at the home

Wonderful House!
We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute house! It was super clean and well maintained. We loved having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was fun to use at night. We loved the decorations and the retro kitchen and the fireplace was so cozy to use on cold and rainy days. It's a short run or bike into town which was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home. me and my family absolutely adored staying in this house. It was so clean, beds were so comfortable, it was completely stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Lots of games, and the jacuzzi on the deck was amazing. It was a Perfect home!

Beautiful house on the estuary
We had a family reunion here and the stay was excellent. The house is fully updated, super clean, and communication with the owner and local contact were superb. It's right up the street from downtown seaside and although you're close to town, it is like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Stand up paddle boards, bicycles and more are provided which was a nice distraction. We will definitely consider staying again. Super clean house and hot-tub were bonuses for us.
