Waited for half hour for the shuttle, watching vans from other hotels pass us by. When I raised the issue, I was told it was due to “traffic”. Pure nonsense. I do not much like being lied to! The so-called breakfast consists of packaged junk food, for which you pay . Never again.

Very convenient to the airport & near restaurants
We spent one night and chose it because we had a 7am flight and wanted to be close to the airport to return our vehicle and still make it on time. An option would have been to return the rental car the night we checked in and use the hotel shuttle service to the airport, but we wanted to have a vehicle to go out that night. We were informed the shuttle begins very early in the morning, and could have us arrive the recommended two hours early (they begin some thinking like 3:30am-cannot recall exact start). It is next to the elevated train line so you can hear the trains pass, but the noise is not bad.

Had to unexpectedly stay for one night and I was very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The downstairs area is very spacious has a bar/ restaurant area with games which made it easy to get food and hang out for a little. The rooms were a decent size and very clean. I will def start looking into staying here more often.

The lobby was extremely crowded and loud with kids unsupervised. A person was singing and playing guitar a a very loud volume. Couldn’t enjoy any area outside of your room.
