I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.
When I first arrived the staff member who greeted me (thankfully only saw once) did not seem very kind or welcoming, moreso like a teenager or young adult who hates her job and can't wait for her shift to end. Heard another coworker asking if it was time for a smoke yet. Classy. Not the best start to the visit. Most of the other staff members were lovely.
On my second day when I returned to my room I was locked out, my key card didn't work. I was exhausted, I was out all day, feet sore and just wanted to rest but had to go all the way back to the front to see what was going on. No apology, no explanation why, just fixed the card and I went on my way.
Outside there isnt too much parking, its a very commercial area, not the nicest. If you are walking there are these trees that drop these hard round spike balls? They seem to be a hazard, I almost lost my footing a few times. Broken concrete, homeless, etc.
In terms of the room itself, I loved it. Beautiful, clean, spacious and the bathroom was huge for me. Only complaints I have are the amount of stomping I could hear from the top floor and the lack of channels/options on the tv. I don't think it was a smart tv and there were maybe 25 channels...
