I really liked how close it was to airport. Also it was very clean and inviting. Loved it had a nice breakfast. But what was a bit nerve wracking was coming in to the area there are signs about prostitution and pick ups. And in my room, all the electric outlets were loose so that I had a hard time finding one to charge my phone. It may be that with so much use they just need to replace outlets. It wouldbe wise to do so.

Our room smelled bad, most of the hotel didn’t smell great. After getting our stuff up to the room, we left and there was a cart full of garbage left in front of the elevator unattended. Staff was not friendly, we were not greeted when we arrived, staff seemed unwelcoming

Everything pertaining to staff and convenience was amazing they were all kind and helpful and the complimentary shuttle to the airport made up for the kinda stinky hallways and rooms and paper thin walls to hear every neighbor’s tv programming. Look bring earplugs and walk fast down the halls to minimize the bowling alley shoe return station like aroma 😂 I’m not trying to be critical but the carpets are ripe!

Friendly staff and near Sea-Tac Airport
I had an unexpected stay due to illness, and the staff could not have been more kind, helpful, and accommodating. The economical pricing, the proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was especially helpful. Thank you!

Sorry Expedia, I rate '1' for all, because I want you to read my notes. I didn't have a chance to stay in ComfortInn & Suites on the night of 7 -8 Nov 2025, I didn't check-in, is that possible I can get a refund? I was so depressed when couldn't connect with the hotel to get information about How long I have to wait for the shuttle bus coming to pick me up. As well, I was not well of standing in the cold waiting for almost 1 hour; therefore, I Left the waiting spot and jumped in other shuttle bus coming to pick their customers, to get out of the cold on the street .

We were denied check in for a room booked on Hotels.com. This was because we are both 19 and not 21. I understand this was policy and it was my mistake. However, I was not able to be refunded for the room I booked and the 21 age restriction was in incredibly small font on the confirmation email. We were then in a situation where I was paying for a hotel room that we couldnt stay in, nowhere to put our bags for the concert we had later that evening, and no way to shower/get ready for an evening weve planned for weeks. Not to mention the staff were extremely rude. I want to make it clear that Im a 19 year old, I dont write reviews about staff friendliness becuase I get that its not that serious. But we were in a situation with nowhere to go, and the front desk hung up on me twice after snapping at me. We ended up having to walk 30 minutes to a train station with suitcases and heavy backpacks just to get to the concert. We then had to sleep in the airport. This effectively ruined the trip for both of us and all we wanted to do is go home. As upset as I am about being out of $150, Im more upset about a weekend together was accompanied with so much stress.
