We had a beautiful stay at the Penrose for our honeymoon. Breakfast was delicious and the views were amazing. The staff was very friendly as well.

Amazing! The views, the hosts, the room and balcony, the breakfast, and the natural wildlife watching from our balcony were all spectacular. And even a free shirt as a souvenir. We will be back. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Penrose B&B for our anniversary. It is situated a few miles south of Sedona, away from high traffic and crowds. We found it very convenient to go to/from Sedona while having a quiet place to recuperate from hikes. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom, and a great view. The breakfasts were terrific, different every day, and seemed amenable to food allergies/preferences. And finally, the staff were all wonderful: from checking us in and giving us a lay of the land, to offering advice on things to try, to serving breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to want us to have a great stay. Highly recommended and we would come back.

Superb carefully curated bed & breakfast with great views of iconic red rock formations. Beautiful breakfast patio with delightful breakfast. Only wish they had small refrigerator in rooms.

Amazing stay among the Red Rocks
We have stayed at many hotels in the Sedona area, and this was by far our favorite. A beautiful bed and breakfast tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood against the backdrop of the red rock formations. The house was so beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and gourmet. It was my birthday and they even made me a special cake with a candle !! A 10 in my book!! We will return often.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. Wendy was so kind and made the most delicious breakfasts served on the patio each morning. Ellen was equally as wonderful. Both gave us great history and tips where to go and what to see. The views are absolutely incredible of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Sunrise views are gorgeous from the balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for making us feel at home n your beautiful home.

I’d highly recommend to all!
The Penrose B&B was a perfect, quiet, warm and inviting place to stay away from the busy commercial hotel/motel center of Sedona. Located in a neighborhood not far from the Bell rock trailhead, it was wonderful to come “home” to this place after an all-day hike! Not to mention the complimentary “snacks and beverages” and gourmet breakfast every morning. If you’re looking for a quaint B&B in the traditional sense of “warm hospitality”, this is it! I stayed in the Kokopelli room.
