The room was dirty, and dusty. We we arrived the lobby staff took a 10 minute phone call in the middle of us checking in and we thought that was rude. The bed was cozy, but the room was very dirty on the walls. In the bathroom the paint was peeling by the tub.

The room was incredibly dirty when I was checked in. There were dusty everywhere, floor, shower room, bath tub, even on the bed sheet.I told the staff to change the room but unfortunately, there were no available room. So, I asked for cleaning my room asap, the staff promised. But there were no one came to clean. An hour later, I told the staff again about my unclean room. They apologized me again and promised to clean my room. So, I went out and come back later night. MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AS BEFORE.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel the Designers, the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful to me. The hotel room suite was excellent and always restocked with amenities that I needed daily. Even during the hard time of 2021, this hotel has still upheld very high standards of service. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book here again. :)

Location is great; near the subway station and airport bus. Customer service was subpar. Front desk do not greet you (did not look at us at all) when you enter and are unfriendly when answering questions. Room was spacious for a family of 3 adults.

Great location with below average service
The room was prepared and ready when I checked in late in the night, less than 5 mins upon arrival to the hotel so that was great, first impression is good. However the bedsheets were not changed even upon request(I made the request on my fourth day), I have to make a second request(on the fifth day) when I found out it was not changed, as there was a stain on the bedsheet we saw during our first night. The location is great for travelling to various place of interest and near to the bus stop of the airport bus 6001.

I was very disappointed with the service from the Receptionists during my check in and out of the hotel. I wouldn't bother to explain more as I am someone who worked in the service line as a Hotel Concierge and currently a flight attendant for a national carrier. I only looked forward to my suite room which is really gorgeous but again disappointed with the Housekeeping as toilet roll and tissue box was not replaced with a new one. Everything else in the room was in perfect condition except for minor defects which doesn't bother me at all. I like the location as it is easy to grab a cab and near a train station.

Big and modern designed room. Very convenience!
This is the 3rd time I traveled to Seoul and this was the best hotel we had... Location is great because it is very close to every where we want to go. Room is very nice, big and modern. Our room has a huge bath tub and a separate shower in the bathroom. Hotel also provide very comfortable slippers and bath robes for each guest.

Very small room, no space to put luggage. Housekeeping forgot to make up room one night and when we mentioned it to the reception, they were very nonchalant about it, need better customer service. Good location for dongdaemun
