This hotel is in a fantastic location for sightseeing as well as shopping and access to restaurants and tea houses. All the team are polite, friendly and helpful and im planning to return next year. The view of Jogyesa was lovely and the housekeeping team were amazing - efficient and thorough.

Excellent location for walking to major sights. Safe area full of shops and restaurants. Included hotel breakfast had many choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice clean modern hotel. 5 mins walk to Anguk station. manny dinning options nearby. Staff understands and speaks english. Insadong is a better place to stay at then Myeongdong as it is not as busy and chaotic. Will stay at the hotel again if I ever go back to Seoul.

Not a firm bed, my bed was a bit wonky and sunk on one side as well, so it was not great sleep. Apart from that, the hotel was conveniently placed close to so many restaurants and cafe options.

Loved this hotel! The location is central to everything and loved the all you can eat breakfast for about $15 USD. There is a laundry facility - the toilets are heated/bidet and it felt really luxurious for a very good price. Highly recommend!

It was good overall until we found out concierge made some mistakes. Most annoying thing was that they forgot to register parking access which we paid when we check-in already and it made me pay double. We thought we forgot the parking tickets but it was them forgot to register in proper way. Had to call them in the parking exit, waited like 20 minutes to resolve the problem on the way to the airport. Thank God no car came out after us, and I didn’t miss my flight.
