Great location, great food in the Sky Lounge! The staff in the Sky Lounge was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, my room wasn't clean. When I lifted the blanket for the first time, I found three hairs in my bed.

Nice Stay but prepare for smokers
You can smell somone smoking in the room. This place is a non smoking hotel however there's a huge chance guests are ignoring the rule. Stayed for approx 4 days but half the days we smelled heavy smoke. Overall, bathroom was great, cleaniness was great, front staff were friendly, and great location.

The rooms were okay. But lacking face towels and towel hooks. Rooms were very quiet, storage lockers available for after 12 checkout. Close to many tourist attractions as well as shopping. Breakfast was over priced for western food options available. Staff were helpful.

Location was excellent... shopping and eateries right at doorstep . Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were efficient and courteous. Only setback was no air-conditioning during autumn and winter. Should allow guest the option to select instead of making it mandatory.

Checking in to the hotel was so easy! I love that they have strange lockers for guests to use and they have laundry room. The place was so clean and looked very modern and tech-y. The location was so ideal for all the hot places to eat and shop! Close to lots of subways and convenience stores. Would stay here again.

Everything from staff service to convenience is great. The only thing I would recommend them changing is their lighting for the bathroom/vanity area. It’s too dark and poorly lit.

Great location, great rooms! You are surprisingly central and right between several well connected subway stations and can walk to a few of the palaces, museums, Bukchon Hanok Village and Ikseondong Hanok village which is great for cafes! We stayed in the twin room with temple view and it didn't disappoint, it was also some of the best sleep I've had on a holiday in a long time, great sized single beds (possibly super singles?) with lovely soft bedding and pillows. The room was clean, well styled with everything at a good stardard and working order. We couldn't recommend it enough!
