The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and enough seating for guests to spread out comfortably, including a rustic-style table and bar seating. Outside, on the covered patio by the pool, you'll find a picnic-style table, a bar with an outdoor TV, and a BBQ grill.

The spacious primary bedroom has a comfortable King-sized bed, a balcony overlooking the sparkling pool, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features tasteful turquoise décor, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the hallway lies the third bedroom, furnished with two bunk beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Great house for a family.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Convenient to walk to the beach and the Villiage. The wagon, towels and beach chairs were convenient too. Only complaint was the internet was very slow.

Fun girls weekend
The property was perfect for a girls weekend with 5 moms. Very clean, lots of room, great pool/hot tub outside area. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and local market.

Great spot!
This property was perfect for our vacation with our two adult kids. It was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Only hiccup was the sliding glass doors to the master bedroom were broke and would not lock. The area seemed safe so we weren’t worried but not ideal as you can imagine. Maintenance did come right away but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay so hopefully it was completed before the next guests arrived. Beyond that, great space and great location. The heated pool and hot tub were well maintained and a useful bonus since the weather was cooler than normal.

The property it's self is very nice. However, when you first walk inside the property, it smells of mold or wet. The windows had mold. The pool had mold and the pool functions didn't work properly, the water fall or jacuzzi jet didn't work. That was a big let down. For the price we just paid, everything should have been working properly and it shouldn't have smelled of mold. I understand Florida has hurricane and flooding but make sure for the price everything is at best for consumers best experience. I like how dinning and entertainment was at walking distance and so was the beach. House it's self was beautiful and loved that there were plenty of towels. It accommodated our sleeping arrangements, beds were big enough to sleep 2 a bed, didn't need that much room but great for those who do need it. Just a little disappointed in smell and pool not working properly, it was one reason I chose this location and house. Over all I had a great birthday weekend. Thanks hope to rent again in the future.

This Place Is Awesome!
My family and I had a fantastic time the week we stayed here! There were 6 adults and two kids and our dog and it was a good size house for us. The house is clean, a short walk to the beautiful beach and Siesta Key Village with lots of tourists shops and restaurants, Loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, it even has a large crock pot that came in handy. It was a safe area, we had no problems. Couldn’t park our large truck, or SUV in the garage, but they fit in the driveway at an angle. Next time we will do our grocery shopping at Detwiler’s Farm Market, which is actually a grocery store we came across our last day. A good place to eat seafood nearby is Turtles restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again.

We had great time staying at Island Time West. Property was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for two couples. Perfect location being within walking distance to beach and village. Great multi family vacation home
This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The location was wonderful.. 5 min walk to the village and beach access. The master bedrooms were large and spacious and the bunk rooms were for our 4 teenagers. The house is very tastefully decorated and kitchen had plenty of dishes etc. Only complaint we have was that the mattresses on the bunk beds were VERY uncomfortable.. you could feel the springs and very lumpy. An upgrade on those mattresses would be recommended. Master beds however, were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and a very popular spot for everyone to spend time. Thank you for allowing us to share our family vacation at this house. We highly recommend anyone to stay there, and we would definitely use it again someday.

Great Location
We just returned from Siesta Key and we had the best time. The locals are some of the most friendly people we've ever met. There were 6 of of that stayed at this property. The property is very clean and in the perfect location to walk to anything in Siesta Key Village and the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! My only suggestion would be to put some body mirrors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are very tiny so it is impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. An additional mirror in the bedroom would be perfect! Thanks for letting us stay! WE will certainly be back!

This property is in the best location in Siesta Key. It’s right in the heart of the village and only a block from the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. Rental was clean and just as described.

My family and I had such an amazing time at this location! It is beautiful, and plenty of room for our whole family. We were allowed to bring our pets which was another plus. Very short walk to the beach and village, with a cute little tiki bar along the way. The game room was fun and leads out to a nice pool. Nice location for the whole family!

Siesta Key is where to be!
I use to frequent Siesta Key and nearby beaches when I use to live in Tampa. Now I live in Arizona and my family and friends who have never been to Florida relied on me on a vacation destination in Florida where they wanted something different, therefore I suggested Siesta Key with confidence. I knew the location I wanted (to be close to the quieter part of the public beach and close to the village). You will get it with this property! Everything here is "as advertised"-the location (a block or two to everything you could possibly need), -the responsive management that cared and was very helpful, -the nicely kept pool and hot tub, -and an actual Weber grill! (for those who want to grill a couple of meals during your stay). Only improvement I/we could suggest is... It is time for a new fusbol table and ping pong table (for those that like some downtime entertainment). I get it though...Florida humidity can wear down those two items mentioned.... Thank you to the owner for opening up their home for families such as myself to endulge!
