Steps from Siesta Village and the Beach

Our condo is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village which has numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store and is only 1 block from the beach! The best of both worlds as everything you need is within walking distance.

Property Description - In the main room you have a queen size murphy bed. With our small space we needed things that could function in multiple roles and will be out of the way when not in use. On either side of the murphy we have lined the wall with drawers, shelves and hanger space for your stay. Opposite the murphy bed is a recliner and accent chair. A wall mounted 40" LED LCD TV with YouTubeTV HD service is mounted on an articulating arm and will allow you to watch while seated in the couch or while lying in bed. For temperature control we have a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless heat pump with a convenient hand-held remote control with precise temperature control.

In the kitchen, you have a GE Speed cook oven which is so much more than just a microwave. You can convect, speedcook, microwave and warm/broil. The 2 drawer fridge and freezer tuck under the quartz countertop and next to that is the combo ventless washer/dryer. Plenty of dishes, cups, pots, pans and a 3 place burner for any sized meal. This unit does not have a dishwasher.

In the bathroom we have a full tile shower with a hand-held shower head for getting that sand out! A new vanity and cabinet plus a shelf over the shower offer plenty of storage.

Outside we have a patio with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy a meal or company. Cook your meal in the small charcoal grill that is provided as well. There is an outside shower and hose to spray down after your swim in the ocean and a beach cart along with chairs and other beach essentials for you to use during your stay.

Location - Our property is located directly within Siesta Village on the beach side which means you are close to the restaurants and bars yet away from all the traffic on Ocean Blvd. In addition, I feel that we have the best beach on Siesta as we are located South of Big Pass and all of the marine traffic passes directly in front of you while you relax on the beach. Manatees (in the summer), dolphins, tarpon, you will see it all here and you see it in an abundance found no where else on the Gulf side of Siesta.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a water park or take in the view from a garden.

Convenient Location
Excellent place in the heart of Siesta Key Village. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and only one block to beach access. Place was extremely clean and well cared for. Definitely will stay here again on future trips.

Clear and simple instructions provided to the unit. Big enough for two but no more. Basically a studio unit. The kitchen had a Kureg and a coffee maker. The clothes washer was adequate however the outdoor dryer needed anadditional cycle to complete a full load. The Murphy bed was very comfortable.

Perfect spot for siesta key village and beach
This spot is literal steps from the village and a very short walk to the beach. The room is small, but that's the point. We did spend plenty of time relaxing in the room and it was perfect for the two of us. Dan was responsive and helpful. We thought we would need to rent bikes, but everything is within walking distance. Short walk to the coffee shop right across the street each morning. 5 stars all around.

Dan’s studio fit the two of us perfectly. We prepared most of our meals in the small kitchen and sometimes went to one of the numerous restaurants in the Village. Walking the beach at sunset was a highlight of each day! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location
Very pleased with the overall stay and location. Steps to the beach and the main strip you really can’t beat it. Place is a bit tiny, but wasn’t really an issue for us as we were never really there. It’s definitely perfect for a couple. Would stay again.

Perfect studio for 2 people. Terrasse in the back was super with doves. Well equipped for the beach and the kitchen. Only one improvement opportunity: no eating area inside. This property was a little quaint getaway. Location was excellent! You’re right downtown, but you don’t hear the noise. The beach is right there on the other side of the unit.. The owners were absolutely delightful. A big shout out to them as well! I thank you so much! Will be back😎
