Many little annoyances
Stay was fine, but there were many little annoyances I would not expect at a 4 star hotel. Tv channels with static/untuned, no PowerPoint in bathroom for hairdryer, my access card didn’t provide access to pool and gym, needing recoding, works underway on the pool, elevator call button not working, tear in pillow case, thin towels. None of these things significant but added together they amounted to a disappointment. Staff were terrific at every interaction though, and they were accommodating of my room requests. Location was good and quiet.

The location is great if you are taking the metro to hit tourist locations. It's about 5-10 minutes walk to Chinatown, 10-15 minutes walk to Maxwell Centre and sits right on top of Outram station which has 3 different lines (including an airport one).
