Poor condition
Disappointing in all honesty. Room was in pretty poor condition and very basic. One window blind broken and held together with clamps, the other had to be tied to the window handles to open. The windows were dirty and walls grubby. Considerably over priced based on the room we got. Shame as the hotel is in a good location and could be nice with some basic renovation.

Location alone makes this great value for money. Location is perfect and is close to everything. Boat Quay and Clark Quay - popular spots for a night out are also just across the road. Perfect for someone who will spend most of their day out and only need somewhere simple and clean to sleep in.

Whilst the hotel is brilliantly located next to the Singapore River and a 2 minute walk from the array of eateries on the waterfront, not to mention the amazing views of Marina Bay Sands, the hotel is not in the best of shape. Some TLC is needed - the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like an old fish tank and the door to the stairwell was so swollen with water that it was starting to puff out and peel. There was no hot water for the 3 days I was there...although I was given the option to go to a 'sister hotel' nearby for a hot shower. Hmmm... If you just want a clean bed at the end of your sightseeing day in Singapore, it's a great value hotel option!
