I had an amazing time at Loews, it's my 3 rd time going there. Each time they get better and better. I had called to make my reservation with the front desk due to the fact that my sister just went through a major health scare. they put me in touch with Daniela who was so understanding. I had asked if could do something special for her. when I arrived all the staff was wonderful. We were giving an upgrade room with a balcony which we were happy about, unfortunately the room had some issues. I went to the main desk and spoke to a manager named Estefania who was excellent with the level of service she provided. Estefania felt so bad that she gave us an ocean view overlooking the pool at the end of the hall, so we felt we were the only guest plus it was on un-suite with a living room and a table to dine with an amazing balcony and ocean view. Estefania really understood how to make a client happy, she was wonderful. Our favorite part of our trip was meeting Suwanee, he worked in the back section of the dining area. Suwanee was so friendly, and his knowledge of music blew us away he was able to tell us about every American rock band, blues, folk, he knew all music. Whenever we went to dine, he was there and would come over to say good morning he loved life and shared his childhood and life lessons. Suwanee touched our hearts .... when we left, he said he felt blessed to meet us and will never forget us. He is an asset to your business.

Cleanliness needs to improve and modernize the rooms more - better seating furniture please. Shower soaps were empty, stairs were dirty and had garbage on them for my whole stay so they were not swept from Feb 8-10
