Room had a few issues that made it feel not so cleanly. Via, a water bottle lid on floor, urine splatter on underside of the toilet lid… soooo how well was that cleaned???!!!!!!! And wat else was only cleaned that well?????

Front desk and cleaning crew were not on the same page when trying to check in as they had to double check if the room was cleaned… even though it was passed check in time and we tried to check in early and they told us the room wasn’t ready. It took several attempts to reach the cleaning crew and when that didn’t work, they had to track them down. We just wanted to get to our rooms after a long drive.
