My granddaughter and I travel to kayak various locations. Everyone was friendly, the room was nice. Hotel beds and pillows are hit and muss. The beds were comfortable but they missed it on the pillows. Had to go and get towels for our room. Had 6 wash clotges, one hand towel and one bath towel. No sample shampoos or conditioners offered. Almost felt like a room forgotten. But tge staff did make sure to get it right even eith our late hour of arriving.

Ok, but not great.
Overall, fairly clean and mostly acceptable. Entry door did not seal very well which allowed several mosquitoes in throughout the night. My wife and I got bitten quite a bit. They charge 10 dollars a day for parking which was a surprise and made it quite disappointing to come back in the evening only to find no parking spots were open and was told to park at the hotel next door. The pool has been neglected and was quite dirty. Location was good and easy to find and return to. Probably will not return.

The room smelled musty and moldy,to the point where we had to take my daughters outside for a while because it was triggering her asthma. It looks like they “renovated” but it was definitely the land lord special. There was mold in the bathroom coming through a freshly painted ceiling. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Ended up having to clean the room to make it less gross. Looked into other hotels but their where no availability for the one night I needed. For the price I would look at other options, will not be staying her again.

Always stop here on our way out of Florida. Great location great staff and always clean. Virginia at the front office is the nicest person. Lost my cell phone and I believe Ken found it and she held it for me for days till I could come back to the area and pick it up. Even waited past her shift to make sure she gave it to me. Great group of people !

We ended up not staying. Front staff was amazing but the parking lot was being resurfaced, all parking spots blocked. Smell was horrible and room was less than desirable. For the money wanted, we left and went up the road

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. The bad thing is that it is a big hotel with 2 small elevators, one didn't work, the other broke down several times during the day and night! I stayed on the 12th floor. I had to go up and down the stairs several times because of this. I don't recommend it!!!

Friendly staff, dirty floor
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The walls were very thin, so I heard all the talking in the room next to mine. I'm not a fan of faux wood plank floors, but it appears Best Western is installing them in their rooms now. I felt I was walking on a dirty floor. When I spilled my water and cleaned it up, I was surprised how dirty the floor was. Finally, I was not happy that I had to pay $10 a night (plus taxes)for parking in the Best Western parking lot. Really?
