Buena Vista is a beautiful, newly renovated luxury house directly on the Intracoastal Waterway across from downtown St. Augustine. 3 king bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, for 4 kids or adults. The fifth has a day bed-twin bed with twin trundle. There are 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Completely renovated in 2018, this house is beautifully finished, with new beds, new furniture,new everything. The kitchen will wow you. Brand new modern cabinets,top of the line Jenn-Air appliances, built in 42" refrigerator, 6 burner range, and equipment for the gourmet chef. The covered veranda overlooks the Matanzas River, with the sailboat fleet directly in front and the ancient city skyline behind it. The picturesque Bridge of Lions twinkles in the evening, just a few hundred yards upriver. 5 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to everything. This is the best location in St. Augustine.
Bring your boat or fish right off the dock-the fishing in the Matanzas is excellent-the Atlantic is only a mile through the inlet.
Just 1 mile from Anastasia State Park- one of the 'worlds best beaches", with boat rentals, kids playground, snack bar, restrooms, plenty of parking.

Sip cocktails on the veranda , or in the spa as the tour boats pass in the river, the sun sets over the water, or as the City lights up in the evening. The views are spectacular. You will never tire of them.

The pool and spa are heated for year-round use. 4 bikes and 2 double kayaks are provided. We also have fishing poles for guest use.

Perfect Vacation Home in St Augustine
The property manager was very responsive and reached out during our stay. You cannot beat the views or the location of this home. It was just a few minutes drive to downtown. The home has everything needed for a weeklong stay. Our son enjoyed fishing off the dock. No complaints at all.

This was our 4th year staying in this beautiful and well appointed home right across from downtown St Augustine. The home is comfortable and spacious and is very accurately represented in the listing. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms are as well. The living space is charming with numerous areas to congregate. The kitchen has everything you will ever need to entertain. But by far the biggest selling point is the huge back porch and the view across the water to downtown. It's a great spot, has to be one of the best on the river. Hope to have a chance to return again. St. Augustine has really come into its own over the last decade with many new bars, restaurants and tours to enjoy.

My family of 8 had another wonderful stay at Buena Vista in late October. This was our second visit to this beautiful property and we loved every minute of it! We enjoyed the pool, bicycles and fishing off the dock. The dolphins and manatees were regular visitors. The home is very spacious and comfortable so that, even with a big group, it doesn’t feel as if we’re living on top of each other. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This was our second stay at Buena Vista for a family trip with little ones. The layout of the house is perfect and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen has literally everything you need and then some, as well as a huge pantry to house snacks for a week as a group of 10. Sunsets are unbelievable as well! Amazing Property
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was incredibly spacious even with 10 people. The pool and and full-length deck were our favorite spots to hang out and enjoy our time together. Buena Vista, the management and St Augustine provided my friends and family with one of our best vacation experiences ever! The house is absolutely beautiful and the hosts have paid great attention to stocking it with everything you could need. The house is large enough for everyone to have their space but comfortable enough to feel like you’re home. The pool, hot tub, covered porch, other amenities and gorgeous sunsets filled our days with fun and happiness. The beds were incredibly comfortable so we all went home rested and recharged. We had a few issues during our stay but they were promptly dealt with by the property manager. We loved every minute of our stay and are already talking about when we might return.

Our third year enjoying this wonderful waterfront home in St Augustine. Perfectly situated overlooking downtown St Aug and the Bridge of Lions. This is the 3rd Christmas that we have stayed here. What a thanksgiving!
This house was more than enough for our group of 9. The location is a dream. We can never control the weather but lots of room inside to spread out or enjoy each other. There were only some minor issues and the managers were very responsive even on thanksgiving. This house has all the amenities you want and every kitchen gadget you need.

ONCE AGAIN, AMAZING
This was our second time staying at Buena Vista, and once again, it was absolutely incredible. The home is very cozy and plenty of room for a large family. We were there while Hurricane Nicole hit Florida. As a native Floridian myself, one never knows what can happen. While other homes had water up to the doors, not one drop even came to the stairs here. This home sits very high and is very sound! We all felt very safe and no issues at all. Thank you again for sharing your incredible home with us.
