Our stay was last minute due to Hurricane Helene. I packed up my son and cat and headed out. While the place is kind of dated, it was was comfortable. Everyone was very kind and helpful from most front desk staff, to maintenance when I had a question, and the shuttle driver with stories and recommendations. They offer a shuttle free of charge from 10am to 10pm so you don’t have to deal with parking downtown…great addition. And it’s pet friendly! I had a little hiccup at checkout which the front desk didn’t address very well, but the general manager more than made up for. That in my eyes is great customer service, and is what hospitality is all about!

Great value for the price. The dog park is incredible and it’s so nice that they provide a dog bed and small bowls. Make sure you book a room that specifically is for pets though! Area seemed very safe and we were able to park right in front of our room.

Dog Friendly is an Understatement!
This hotel goes out of their way for you and your pet! They provide you with a dog bed and collapsible bowls. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful and friendly!Reasonable priced! Beautiful enclosed area to let your dog run. Will definitely go back!
