The price was right. I DID NOT like that, on the website, breakfast was included and when I checked in, was charged 25 dollars for it. The room was nice and clean but smelled like urine by the toilet.

It was older motel, but it was clean. The beds slept good. They do not offer flavored cream for the coffee. The breakfast was good. It's a dog friendly hotel.

Shower curtain did not keep water in the shower, water all over the floor. Air conditioner fan never shut off. Breakfast area was nothing special. Some off staff were not customer driven. Beds were great and room had good lighting.

Our stay was last minute due to Hurricane Helene. I packed up my son and cat and headed out. While the place is kind of dated, it was was comfortable. Everyone was very kind and helpful from most front desk staff, to maintenance when I had a question, and the shuttle driver with stories and recommendations. They offer a shuttle free of charge from 10am to 10pm so you don’t have to deal with parking downtown…great addition. And it’s pet friendly! I had a little hiccup at checkout which the front desk didn’t address very well, but the general manager more than made up for. That in my eyes is great customer service, and is what hospitality is all about!
