Welcome to Bikini Beachhouse by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired pool home is just a two-minute stroll from the beach, with some views of the water. Situated on Indian Rocks Beach, this property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's divided into two living areas and two kitchens—ideal for large families. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The master bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stylish, modern bathrooms. Middle rooms have full-over-queen bunks, and the third bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms include smart TVs, and each living room features a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

Need to know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests, but we do not guarantee what will be there. We will always supply a wagon
-If the booking person is between ages 18-25, we will request a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera on the north east corner facing the driveway, another is on the south west corner facing the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion at the Bikini Beachhouse with 14 adults and two children. The house was spotless. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard pool and gorgeous Indian Rocks Beach conveniently located an easy walk directly across the street. Our host, Alan, responded promptly to all of our requests and questions prior to our arrival and he asked that we contact him during our stay should we encounter any problems so that he could immediately resolve them. We had none. Great house. Great host. Great location.

Beach getaway!

Super short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The house set up was great for our group of older teens and adults to each have our own space. Having a refrigerator on each floor and by the pool was so useful! The pool was refreshing and a great place to hang out.

Amazing location, beautiful property

We had a group of 8, with 4 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 2-5. The property was the perfect fit for us. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, the beach was right across the street, and the pool was beautiful. Alan was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this house and the Indian Rocks Beach area to any families looking for a vacation spot.

INCREDIBLE VACATION HOME

This house was an absolute dream! We came here for my bachelorette party and comfortably fit all 14 of us. The location is wonderful, the beach is right across the street and there are so many local spots within walking distance. We loved lounging in the pool after a long day having fun in the sun. Alan was so responsive and tended to our every request. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a large group looking for a fun and relaxing beach trip!

Bachelorette trip

The bride wanted a “chill trip to the beach” with her bridesmaids. I l, as her mother, went as the house-mom ( upon request of the bride. This property was perfect. I loved it so much, I’m considering organizing an extended family vacation. The pictures in the VRBO site did not do it justice. There are two levels of complete living space. Each level with a masters sweet with beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom and two other bedrooms that share another bathroom large enough for multiple girls to get ready at the same time (if you know, you know). The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. The closets large enough to store luggage and hang clothes. The living rooms were comfortable and lounge able for a large family. Gas logs in upper level and large TV both. The kitchens, both with full sized appliances, were equipped well. Cookware, serve-ware and utensils enough for a large family. The pool area had multiple lounging chairs for sunbathing as well as Adirondack chairs around the fire pit area. There were three picnic tables for eating outdoors while grilling ( gas grill included) or if you’re like my family playing games. The pool was lovely with a waterfall. It is larger than it appeared to me in photos, with stairs access in both the shallow and deep end. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the smaller details that were included. Nice beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon with which to transport them to the beach. We loved it and will return.

The house is roomy very clean and perfect to accommodate families with different age groups. It is definitely not a party town, It’s more for relaxing and having a great time with just your family. we did get one complaint around 9:30 PM that we were being too loud outside in the pool. I do understand that people live around the neighborhood but at the same time it’s kind of hard to keep it quiet when you have children. I felt that was a little bit early to start complaining, noise ordinance in our area is 11 PM. The owner recommended Guppy’s restaurant which you could take the golf cart or take a nice walk, restaurant was amazing. The bar restaurant across the street is also great and the beach is across the street.

Great Stay for our Family Vacation

I’ll preface this by saying, before this year, we had been staying at the same house each summer for 30+ years on Clearwater Beach. We had a ‘benchmark’ to compare to and this house exceeded all of our expectations! It was bright, clean, can tell it’s more recently updated (the master shower on the top floor is WOW!), and was an easy walk to the beach (and the most crystal clear water we’re ever experienced in FL). Alan was great to work with and clearly communicated everything we needed ahead of and during our stay. The only item to point out - which was an added benefit - is the listing shows laundry is coin operated and they had standard W/D available on both floors. The house was well equipped with most anything we needed too. Vacations are supposed to be easy and the house made it so we could enjoy our time together. Thanks for a great week of memories!!

Great location and accommodations

The home consist of two master bedrooms with ensuites and then two additional bedrooms on each floor for the kids. The interior was very clean and accommodating! The home had everything we needed! The kids loved the pool and swam in it everyday! The beach is a 2 minute walk across the road and was clean and family friendly. This place was a perfect retreat after spending a few days prior at Disney! We will absolutely come back.

Perfect large family reunion spot

We had family members from all over the country fly into Tampa to enjoy this wonderful getaway! It was our first trip to Indian Rocks Beach and this location was perfect. Not super crowded area, easy less than 5 min walk to the beach and delicious food nearby, and the host was amazing with communication. Having two units connected was the perfect setup for the multiple families that stayed here and the pool was a great hang out spot. We had ages 3-84 represented and everyone had a wonderful time!

Fantastic - Bikini Beach House at IRB

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Bikini Beach House at Indian Rocks Beach, FL. We had 12x guests - but the 6x bedroom and 4 bathroom accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable (TVs in every bedroom). The kitchens and laundry on both levels were a tremendous plus up. The in-ground pool and the property just one block from the beach with eateries --all within easy walking distance - made it the ideal location for our stay. We were blessed with good weather - and the four kids had a blast!! The adults could watch from the balconies and generous outdoor seating...including a fire pit. The manager was pleasant and very responsive to any question we had - but not intrusive with checking on us (the check-in, check-out, trash, yard & pool maintenance instructions were thorough). We had a great time - and found IRB to be a GREAT destination for a family vacation. We highly recommend this property to other families!
