Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and beautiful. All the amenities such as the pool, hot tub, being right on the beach, parking etc.. couldn’t be better. Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals were a breeze to work with and very welcoming when checking in. It’s the perfect location for us. We definitely will be returning.

nice updates
this is our 2nd year in a row staying at Beach Cottages. great location and beach. Has it all: pool, hot tub, grills and Volleyball... Updated Master BR furniture from last year was very nice. (still wish they would allow simple dry goods and such like salt, pepper, aluminum foil, cooking oil, spices... to be left instead of getting rid of it all). there are a few beach items and beach towels left for use which is nice.

Beautiful Sunsets
Large and spacious condo with the perfect balcony for watching the sunset. Location is great with easy access to the beach. Pool, grill area and covered parking a bonus. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property
The condo was very nice, clean, and stocked with anything you’d need to make meals. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. I was lucky enough to wake up early to a beautiful full moon reflecting off the water. We did use the guest parking lot because it was closer to the elevator than our assigned spot. We would love to stay there again .

Nice property --- could have a few more items
This 2 bedroom condo is very nice, and has a balcony overlooking the GUlf and the pool. Nice kitchen and the furnishings are fine. There is a smart TV and DVD player, but no instructions on which remote control does what. THere are no amenities --- not kitchen or cooking items other than one roll of paper towels, no salt & pepper and one packet of dishwasher detergetn. One roll of tooilet paper per bathroom, no beach towels or chairs. With just a few of these items would make it perfect. We would still stay here again....exceleent location and furnishings.

Well furnished and the property was beautiful. Trolley transportation is great and very reasonable. The only suggestion I would have is for the door locks to be updated. Thanks for a great trip!

A great week in a beautiful location!
We had a great week at the beach cottages. Everything was kept clean and orderly. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. The only thing I would recommend would to have the basic essentials like salt and pepper. It was a lovely week and would definitely recommend staying here.

Fun in the Sun!
We had a great week at this condo. The view of the ocean and the pool made our lunches on the balcony very nice. We did not smell the bird sanctuary from our balcony which is the problem we had a few years ago in a different condo at this facility. I would suggest getting a couple better beach chairs and have some beach towels for travelers that fly and don’t have the extra space to pack them. We sleep with fans so the added box fans for each room were very nice. Also and added bonus was the keyless entry to the beach access made it easier than using a key. I think a keyless entry to the room would be a nice addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Great place!
Great condo to stay at! Quite, easy to get to, huge pool area! My only complaint with the Beach Cottages is that you have to have a key to go anywhere in the complex, stairs, beach, etc.

Check-in NOT a smooth process
We love the beach cottages, very nice condos and family friendly. We have stayed at the beach cottages multiple times, just rented from different rental management companies. This is the first time we have rented from this property manager. Things were seem-less renting but checking in was a different story. We did arrive early to see if we could check in early, which we were unable too. The lady at the desk, I believe her name was Barbara, was nice but a tad snippy. The other lady (I do not recall her name) was very nice and even asked for our number to call when our room was ready since we were already in town. The front desk lady got snippy with the other lady saying she didn’t like doing that. (Which I understand since everyone is checking in at once but could have been handled differently) The front desk lady said our room should be ready by 2-2:30 well it wasn’t not a biggie since Check-in is at 3. We went back at 3…which is check-in, room still not ready and the front desk lady said “remember I’ll call you when your room is ready” this ticked me off because the room should have been ready at CHECK-IN or I should have been contacted and told the room was not going to be ready. I never got a call, we went back at 4:15 and the room was finally ready. We head to the room and we haven’t even unloaded our things and the maintenance man was ringing the doorbell. There were things in the condo that needed to be fixed. This irritated me even more because they should have told us at check-in that he would be by. Which I understand things need to be fixed, we just weren’t told. The room was clean but there were multiple things that I could tell that haven’t been clean for a LONG time. There was black build-up on the shower head in the master bedroom. I did not check the other bathroom, as we did not use the shower in there. There was also black build-up around the top of the kitchen sink. There was no cleaning supplies so I went and purchased my own to clean this. Over all, the condo was very nice and we had a great stay. The other issues had to do with the property managing company.
