Perfect Location
Right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony! Walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Step right out on the beach. Quiet at the Inn, but plenty to do on site as well.

Great location
The condo is in a nice location. View is great. Things that desperately need attention are the mattress and the water temperature control in the shower. The mattress feels like your sleeping directly on the coils. When taking a shower you go from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of a seconds.

Nice clean room, balcony, incredible beach view, large comfortable bed, large pool, bar onsite with snacks, relatively quiet, dark at night, easy plentiful free parking. Only downside is no washer/dryer in the unit, but is available onsite for $2/load.

Great for Girls Getaway!
Perfect property and location for a weekend getaway for friends! Beautiful beach views, access to restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance, or a short drive. Island Girl Tiki and Beach Services were convenient and added to the fun! At the time of our stay, the property was going through some heavy construction, which we were informed of. We anticipate this great investment to enhance the property even more!

Lovely suite and beautiful view
We were very happy with our stay at Island Inn. We had excellent communication from the property manager, quick and accurate. The suite was lovely, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed and other furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a good size and gave us full views of the beach and water. Much of the rest of the building was under construction but we were made aware of this prior to our stay and it didn't bother us at all. This was a terrific suite and we look forward to going back.

wonderful location
check in was very easy and they let us check in early as soon as condo was ready! Condo was just as seen on listing. Bed was very cozy lost of soft pillows. Kitchen was just enogh for the two of us. Bathroom was fine Tub and shower head could use updating but lots of hot water and good water pressure. Most important it was clean!! The only things I would have liked to have were some rugs outside the door to get sand off shoes as to not track in condo! also towels were nice and big but scratchy after being in sun could use some Downey on the towels ! Also a cheap wall clock would be nice ! other than that it was lovely!! Would for sure stay again!! great location and Beach was amazing !

We love this location!
This was our second time staying at the Island Inn and this unit was better than our first! We would definitely return. Check in and parking was easy. I don’t know why other reviews say it’s outdated because it is not except the shower. Nice tile floor, vanity, and backsplash. There was also no issue with water coming out of faucets like I read on other reviews. We did have problems with the AC upon arrival, but it was immediately taken care of. Other than that, which was quickly addressed, we had zero issues. The place was clean, but needed dusting on decor. We love the balcony and view most of all. Beach was wonderful and we saw dolphins. I would recommend this property to other couples.

Relaxing Anniversary Trip
This condo was the perfect anniversary trip for us. It was within lots of restaurants within walking distance, beautiful and peaceful beach and great amenities nearby. This view was gorgeous and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The cleaning person was lovely as well! Great place to vacation!

Paradise found!
We loved our stay here so much that we didn't want to leave! The ocean view is incredible and one of the best we've ever had. The sunsets were gorgeous. We loved that we were only steps away from the beach with the fantastic clear cerulean water. The building also has a tiki bar and they made the best Bloody Mary. The condo is a little dated, but the view and beachfront more than made up for it. We were also really lucky because during our stay, the beach was almost empty, it was lovely! We would love to come back again to this slice of paradise.
