Nestled in the heart of Clearwater, Florida, our condo is situated within the Avalon complex—a secure, gated community surrounded by lush landscaping and boasting a state-of-the-art swimming pool. What sets our pool apart is its geothermal heating system, ensuring a consistent 84-degree temperature, making it an inviting oasis in every season.

This one-bedroom rental, located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, exudes warmth and welcome. Accessible by just one flight of stairs, our condo (Unit 310) features a private entrance. The space accommodates up to four people, offering a cozy king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sectional sofa bed in the open living room.

The recently renovated kitchen is a highlight, providing all the amenities for a luxurious vacation: fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, as well as a complete set of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. The bathroom, also newly renovated, features a separate walk-in shower adorned with beautiful ceramic tiles. For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

We prioritize your comfort and convenience, providing high-speed internet, unlimited calls within the USA and Canada, linens, pillows, covers, bath towels, beach towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella for guest use.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in your condo!! It was a perfect location and everything was very clean. We were a bit disappointed that there was no hot tub on the property as it looks like there is in the photos (it's a fountain!) but the heated pool made up for it. Perfect location and close to everything and the city was so easy to get around in. Loved that there was also a grocery store right across the road from the condo complex. Hope to return sooner rather than later!!!

The condo was nice, clean, in a good neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach. Lots of stair to enter the condo. Sleeper couch was hard to sit on, cushions were compressed. Pool area was nice, water was warm, however it was difficult to find a chair until late in the day unless you were down there when the pool opened.

Lovely one bedroom

Stayed in Clearwater for a week and had a lovely time despite the rough weather when we arrived. Apartment was clean, quiet and in a great location close to restaurants, stores and just a short drive to the beach. Owners were very responsive and quick to communicate. Made it through our first hurricane/tropical storm no problem. We felt very safe and well taken care of. Owners checked on us and made sure all was well which we appreciated. Thank you!

We were so excited to stay at Anca and Mirel’s condo seeing the pictures ahead of time. When we arrived it was far above our expectations. We enjoyed this condo so much, it felt like we were at home and the decor was very well done! Also, the owners were helpful with any questions or needs that we had. Comfortable, New, Quiet

This condo has been totally updated. The Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are top brands and easy to use. The bath is perfect. The bed, bedding, pillows, all great and super comfortable. This condo is a perfect distance from the pool. A close walk, but you can not hear the pool noise. We never used the gym. TV's are easy to use with ROKU. We really enjoyed breakfast at "Our Place" located across the road and lunches on the deck at "Abe's Place Tap and Grill". Both serve ample portions, nice staff, and Abe's is walkable. We enjoyed Dunedin, which is only 20 minutes away. Our favorite was eating at "Bon Appetite" on the water. Pier 60, Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island are all pretty close. Enjoyed our stay.

Very good experience at facility Upon arrival found entering gate and finding room to be a little confusing but once in everything else was great. The provided beach chairs and towels are a nice touch. Pool was clean and inviting everything was in good working order only odd thing was that the large trash can was missing and management didn't know where it could have gone but responded quickly with a new one to replace. Would recommend to family and friends

We had such a great experience at this condo. The property was very clean and neat. The appliances all seem brand new and were very nice to use. The owners had pots and pans available and anything you may need during your stay. We loved this condo and would definitely stay again!

Nice private condo

When we got there everything was nice and clean ac was set to 65 degrees, some food crumbs under the couch and a ant problem. Other than that it was nice a private, nobody bothered us would stay again. We set the thermostat back to 80 like it says on the paper, put the dirty towels on the dryer, took out all the trash. Left the bed the way it is since there were no instructions with what to do with it.

What an amazing condo for a week long Rona getaway. The condo has everything that you could want. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. The hosts are incredibly responsive to all questions. This was exactly what we needed.

The condo was very clean & comfortable. Easy access to area beaches. Shopping & dining within walking distance.
