Close to the beach!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean & exactly how it was depicted in the listing! The proximity to the beach is A++ Plus, there were plenty of eateries within walking distance. We’ll be back!

Love St Pete
The good stuff: The property was great! the location, the size, the accuracy of the description, all were spot on! The people at check out were wonderful and sweet. Very helpful! Not so great: Had to call for check in, it says after 3. The guy was pretty grumpy saying we don't let you know when it is ready, it's after 3. That could be 5, I guess you just keep calling... Surface cleaning only. It was definitely "wiped" down. I dropped something in the couch, put my hand in to grab it and years worth of dirt, food, ugh. I wanted to plug something in in the bedroom behind the dresser and found out why my allergies bothered me, inches of dust, used q tips. Visible dirt next to the fridge. Not great. What you have to pay for cleaning, I expected better. We will stay at the location again but will definitely check on those things first.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Nice that it was right across from the beach. The unit was not well maintained. It had many remnants of prior renters still sitting in cabinets, including a half-filled pillbox, half-used shampoos and conditioners. Property did not supply coffee and creamer. Nor did it supply soap and fresh shampoo and conditioners. Poorly cleaned.
