Beach Place #102 - Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

Nice & clean condo.
Quick and easy checkin and out process. Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

Overall nice place to stay
Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.

We would for sure consider coming back. The condo was very clean and up to date. The only thing is I would check to see if they offer beach towels, card games ect. Other than that I would recommend this place.

4 stars and not 5 stars, is the Wifi keep going in and out sectional needs to be replaced the bed in the 2nd bedroom has a dip in it and a plunger wasn't in unit and when I called the lady told me to turn off water and to use the only towels we had to clean up the toliet water that spilled over from toliet over flowing, but then later sent the maintenance man by with a plunger she was VERY RUDE!

Loved it!
We stayed there four nights with five adults and three kids and we had plenty of room! The updates are lovely and the decorations are beautiful! It's a short walk to the beach and pool but the amenities are great! Parking is close to the elevators which is convenient for little ones! No complaints here!!
