Two covered parking spots included , rear patio to catch Westerly sunsets. Brand new A/C system installed in 2018. Small intimate waterfront complex with only 18 units offering a beautiful pool and lanai overlooking the water, a clubhouse, elevator, laundry facilities and common docks.
