Vista Verde Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Master bath needs shower help. It’s a 2 step up and over the tub. It’s not for anyone with even small balance issues. Owner and management company were very responsive to questions. Overall good place and convenient to beach and pool.

This property was great and suited our needs. They do not provide a lot in terms of toiletries or basics like laundry soap and trash bags. Luckily there was enough for our stay but it might be difficult if you have a larger family or spend more time at the condo. The location is perfect and beds were comfortable enough. The only thing we found lacking was the twin bed sheets. They just wouldn’t stay on and there were not any extras in the condo. We loved being close to the pool and just a short drive from the beach.

Outstanding Isla del SOl condo!
This was our second stay at 7-249 VVE in Isla del Sol and we will be back for our third stay in February / March. We have stayed at several condos in Isla del Sol and this is, by far, the nicest one! The second floor corner unit is a plus along with proximity to the pool. The interior of the condo is well laid out and decorated nicely. The kitchen is recently remodeled and extremely well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots / pans, and any small kitchen appliance you will ever need. The owners and realty company are a pleasure to work with.
