TROPICAL GARDEN: huge traveler palms, dozens of climbing confederate, sambac and star jasmine, honeysuckle, gardenia, magnolia, and varieties of palms - a great place to relax in the gazebo while the kids play on the deck and dinner is cooking on the grill.

Kitchen, large and fully equipped, and additional kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, living room.

PORCH: A 50 x 10 ft. enclosed air-conditioned porch/living room for lounging, dining and watching sunrises and sunsets covers the entire south face of the building.

DECK: There is a large open deck on the north side. This deck overlooks an enclosed Tropical Jasmine Garden with gazebo, deck and gas grill.

Add-on private jacuzzi/hot tub is available for an additional $300 per week.

Great spot to celebrate with friends

We had three couples staying in the three bedrooms and 3 baths. It was perfect for our long weekend getaway with everything we needed in an ideal location. The host communicated so well everything we needed to know, making our stay even better. Thank you!

Our Daughters 21st birthday

Absolutely fantastic! Perfect location with space for all to hang out and enjoy. It was only steps to the beach too! We had our family and a few of her friends for 2 nights. We will be back for sure! Thank you for a great weekend!

Great location

The location was great… just a short stroll to the beach or the inlet, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Everything was a stone’s throw away. The condo was comfortable and accommodating for our family during our stay as well.

Great location, parking included, outdated kitchen

Prime location, a block away from gulf and ocean-side beaches, great shops and restaurants very close (Motorcycle bar on the block was the only noise problem). Private back upper and lower deck & yard with hot tub was awesome. Kitchen was quite outdated and missing basic food prep items.

Only amazing things to say. Clean, comfortable and communication with Daniel was perfect. Family of 8. 1 block to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. We will be back!!
