Escape and relax to the sound of the peaceful, tropical waterfalls in the 15 x 35 foot swimming pool. It is "Private" for your group ONLY, it is NOT shared ! On the side of of the swimming pool on the upper deck, with an amazing Tiki Hut with a outdoor kitchen, with a unbelievable grill, refrigerator & music w/Bluetooth you will love.The fabulous bar to sit by, with a cocktail, under the lighted tiki hut , you will also enjoy the view of "Tampa Bay" and chat with friends, watch television, along with music w/ sound system and outdoor television to enjoy! You will be in own private paradise outside with all the amenities.
Home features:1,320. sq ft home, tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, 3 bedroom/2 bath split plan, with a large open kitchen, equipped for all of your needs. 600 sq. foot fully screened balcony with table & chairs to enjoy eating outside or just lose yourself in the beautiful view! Sit on the large deck under the enormous oaks, and enjoy being in the hot tub under the stars and sunset.. Watch and enjoy nature at its finest. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age for safety reasons: open pool, and the travertine tile, they could trip or fall on, that’s around the pool and the 28 steps to front door. We care about their safety for your sake and ours.
** In awesome Safety Harbor with 29 restaurants,12 shops, 5 pubs, 2 breweries,14 salons, plus MORE!! They have boutiques, coffee shops (oh my), bars and places to eat, even candy stores. You then could walk to the " Safety Harbor Spa", you can walk down to the pier (see the manatees) and walk the park...amazing!! Then you could have lunch at "Barfly.", great food, drinks, and view and large, sit inside or outside. Fabulous!! I know I repeated myself, we are so Proud of this area . It is amazing! Dunedin is great area to see.
Clearwater Beach is 14 miles and Honeymoon Island is 8 miles from the townhouse.The home is centrally located and close to everything. Airport, Beaches, Parks, oh we can't forget Shopping at all surrounding places!
It has High Speed Wireless Internet and Fire Stick on all 5 flat screen TV's.
We have complimentary bicycles to ride. The home is so close, it is only 1 mile to beautiful 122-acre Philippe Park, where you can watch the sunrise and set their or just relax and view the water. It is only 2 miles to charming Safety Harbor, you can stop at Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, shopping boutiques, along with quaint restaurants, wine bars and so much more! So Exciting! On the 3rd Friday of the month, they close off the streets and have music and food and kiosks for art & crafts, etc,. So Much Fun!!
Tampa Airport very close and Clearwater Beach is 13 miles, which is about a 20 minute drive.

Great Time in Safety Harbor

We stayed 8 days at Jack & Beverly's place in early April and had a great time. We visited St. Pete's, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Park and downtown Tampa which are all easy rides (40 minutes or less). We also spent a lot of time in the hidden gem of downtown Safety Harbor. The unit is ideal for 4-6 adults with three very comfortable queen/king bedrooms and a nice kitchen/living room. The best part is the access to the outdoors with the beautiful screen porch and amazing pool, hot tub and tike bar. Jack and Beverly were very easy to work with.

House was PERFECT! Beverly and Jack were ideal hosts. They make your stay extremely easy and comfortable. Outstanding home and location

Beverly and Jack are amazing hosts. They are extremely friendly and willing to answer all questions. The house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with anything that you might need. The grounds, including the pool area, the tiki bar and the hot tub are "picture perfect." It is a lovely spot where you can relax and make plans for your day trips. We look forward to returning next year.

I stayed with my 87-year old mom, my husband and a cousin from upstate New York. This house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. While we don't cook on vacation, they even had spices, coffee, sugar, condiments for you to use. I had asked the owners if they had noodles for the pool. She mentioned that they had not, but went out and purchased them for use. I can't say enough how awesome Beverly and Jack are. If the weather had been a bit warmer in the evenings, I would have loved to have shared a drink with them by the Tiki Bar. Such a great couple.This home literally has everything you could possibly want for your stay.We also loved that Beverly and Jack showed us around the property - how to heat the pool, the hot tub, the tvs, the phone chargers, the kitchen.... They make your stay the best it can possibly be. We will be back!

Beautiful, relaxing stay with plenty of space

This rental had a lot going for it: friendly hosts, LOTS of room to spread out, gorgeous outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The area is quiet, safe, had lovely views, and is close to a lot of convenient shops like grocery stores, big box stores, and pharmacies. I am hoping they will provide shampoo/conditioner at some point (the host told me they never have provided these, so be sure to bring your own), and it would be nice if they mentioned in the main description that the hearing of the pool costs extra money in the winter months (this info was buried in a subsection of the listing, so the request for additional poll-heating money at the end of our visit was a surprise to us). Also, the street address number is 6, not 7 as shown on the listing. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we'd rent it again.

We had a lovely stay at this property!

The home was very nice, exactly as described, with everything in perfect order and very clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added a lot of enjoyment to our stay. One thing that surprised me was the owner's approach—I stay at many VRBOs, and it was unexpected that they wanted to walk us around the property upon arrival. The owners were also on-site during our stay more than expected. If you’re looking for complete privacy, this might not be the ideal spot, but for anyone who doesn’t mind having attentive hosts nearby, it’s perfect. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with great amenities!

Although I needed to cancel my travel to Fl and subsequently cancel this beautiful home rental, I wanted to leave a brief review related to communication with the owners. As disappointed as I was to have to cancel, the owners were terrific! Their communication was so very friendly, very clear and very detailed. They were extremely responsive and timely to my questions. This is always important to me and for this reason, I would book with them at another time without hesitation! In order to leave this comment I had to provide ratings. I rated it a “5” although it just refers to my communication with the owners and the other categories are really N/A due to the unexpected cancellation by me.

Wonderful place!

This place was perfect in every way. The location is very central to many beaches and restaurants. Most are with 20-30 min. Safety Harbor itself is a wonderful little place to visit, shops, ice cream, breweries and Nonas pizza is amazing! The house itself is great! The pool and outdoor area is very private and relaxing! Inside is great also! All beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped. They also provide all towels, paper products, coolers, beach umbrella and anything you need! Highly recommend!!

25th Annual Get Together

This was our 25th year for guys only get together. Saw 2 Rays games, Top Golf and charter fishing trip kn the bay. This property exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great location with gorgeous view of Tampa Bay. Beverly and Jack made us feel at home and showed us all the operations of the pool, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and elevator. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. We whole-heartedly recommend this property.

A Gem in Safety Harbor

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The pool is large, warm and relaxing! My husband enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and grill! Having a refrigerator by the pool was great to keep our drinks close and cold! The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The beds are comfortable as well! Jack and Beverly and their property manager Robert were very helpful and communication was quick and easy! We would stay here again!

Home away from Home

The property is a little piece of heaven settled at the end of a private drive. It has everything you would ever need, including board games, card games, and books to read while you relax on the covered deck overlooking the pool and bay. Beach towels and a cooler are also provided if you want to go to the beach. There are extra amenities available if you forgot anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, and Beverly even has all the spices you need to add to your favorite dish. The beds are comfortable and all closets have hangers for your clothes. Additionally, there is an ironing board and steamer available. Each bedroom has a TV with a firestick. The house is conveniently located near a Super Walmart and Publix. It is also very close to Tampa International Airport. The pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, and other amenities are exceptional, and Beverly ensures that your vacation is perfect.

Clean and bright.

The townhouse is clean and bright, the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and dishes, and the beds are very comfortable. The owners, who live onsite - right next door in the building, in fact - are very personable, and meet you upon arrival to show you how everything on the property works. The back pool area is quite lovely, and the pool has a cover you close at night so the heat remains constant and the pool stays clean. We spent quite a bit of time on the upstairs porch, as you can see the bay from there and it feels fairly secluded. The property itself is well protected visually from the neighbors on the ground floor, and there is a shade on the railing on the porch, to give you privacy from the houses next door. We spent a day in Dunedin (always an absolute delight) after visiting Honeymoon Beach, and tried to spend the other day in Safety Harbor. Unfortunately we chose Monday for that excursion, and apparently almost the entire town shuts down on Mondays. There are several great shops and little restaurants, so if you’re planning on visiting the town, plan your outing for any other day of the week. Last but not least, the stairs up to the unit are quite a workout, but never fear - the elevator works very well for transporting you, your suitcases, and any groceries or other sundries you may have. Over all, it was a quite pleasant stay.

Exactly what we were looking for

We celebrated a 30th birthday with a group of friends/family. The host Jack and Beverly were the best ! Showed us around the property to ensure we got the maximum use out of all the amenities. Quiet neighborhood which was great. The space inside was great even though we spent most of the time in the screened in porch. All of us voted we would return for sure !
