The place was pretty standard, but the staff was very nice. The location was great for seeing a show at the John Paul Jones arena. We walked there and back. The air conditioner and fridge in my room barely worked. Neither got very cold. I was only there for one night so it wasn’t bad.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating with all my questions and when I locked my left out of my room. The room was recently updated and quite lovely. Extremely clean and well maintained.

What a beautiful place and great location. Huge indoor pool and my favorite was the breakfast. Definitely my go to place for this location. My dogs had a great stay as well.

This hotel is very clean, the service was excellent, and it was a very comfortable stay. I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Also was one of the quickest check ins I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Truly a gem of a hotel. Very reasonable priced. We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Shenandoah. Only about a 20 minute drive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean.
