My visit to Jim Thorpe, PA
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was awesome! Hotel is very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The free breakfast was very good too! I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and look forward to staying there again!

Hot tub is not working. Also staff was wearing normal street clothes and not Holiday Inn uniforms. Walls are paper thin and we could hear the room next to us arguing until 2am. Doors are not soft close and you could hear every noise being made in the hallway. For a stay that cost $150 per night it does not justify the cost/experience ratio. It is far better than the comfort Inn nearby but still not a quality stay for the cost.

Stopped in for an overnight stay. The woman at the front desk was so friendly. My room was clean and quiet. The pool is only 3 feet so perfecr for my younger kiddos and perfect location for us to hop on tbe turnpike. Will stay again!

Clean room and comfy bed. We were in the king suite so plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was really good with different options. My daughter liked the indoor pool. Great stay. The only hiccup was the last night we had no hot water. Lori at the front desk worked right on it and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Dove toiletries in a smaller container were a nice surprise. The breakfast was a little crowded. the staff were a little slow on refilling the coffee and tea/hot water and the creamers ran out and was not replaced. Overall the staff was very nice but some of the other guests were up and rowdy all night. The manager called to apologize the next day.
