Disappointing stay
One of the worst hotel stays we’ve had! The accessible room we requested was at the end of a long hallway which was a difficult walk for us! The room didn’t feel very safe as every outlet was loose!! My wife needs a CPAP and we couldn’t plug it in securely without putting something under the plug to support it and keep it from falling out! There is an outlet behind the bed that lamps were plugged into that was in direct contact with the mattress and those plugs were loose as well. The tub had handrails but was still not accommodating for mobility challenged individuals and they didn’t have any shower chairs to offer! I know it’s in a popular location for the Canyon visitors so they probably fill up pretty quickly, but still disappointed based on what we payed!!

The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The free breakfast in the morning had a good variety. The staff in the kitchen went out of their way to help when asked.

Ok place to stay.
The rooms were ok. Asked for Housekeeping and the never came. We were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was good. Good variety and tasty. The restaurants in the area were expensive and i would not recommend plaza Bonita. I got food poisoning from there.

Thre breakfast buffet was delicious and the dining room staff was constantly busy keeping the food stocked and tables cleaned! Server Amelda was so helpful, pleasant and kind!
