Nice property. Walk to a good restaurant (Tullys) next door. Registration clerk was terrible. No greeting, minimum eye contact and fewest words necessary were spoken. After a 35 years career in resort operations, I’m uniquely qualified to say this young lady should not be in a guest service position. Very poor representation of this hotel. Hotel is very nice but a terrible greeting can dampen the experience or overall impression. .

Overall all good. The room had a slight smell. Sensitive to smells. I sprayed essential oils. No carpeting which is fine but floor needs cleaned better. Had to rewash feet before leaving.
