The grout in the bathroom was black, was supposed to be white. Machines in the business center didnt work and employees didnt have access to email to help us print out a document. The building is tired and needs some work. Was not a good value for us compared to other properties we stayed at on our journey.

Over all this property is perfectly located. Nothing is more than 7 mins away. There is a bunch of things in walking distance. Not the most amazing hotel, but the employees are fantastic. Breakfast is hot and fresh. Negatives. Not all rooms are updated, and if they were the contractor doesnt know how to use a tape measure. Also they have drainage issues, i mentioned the problem, but unfortunately it wasnt resolved. With that said probably the hottest hot water ever. Thats great. So over all i would stay here again. Just because of the location and hot water, and very good air conditioning and goid Breakfast.

Enjoyed our one night stay here, bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Lay out of the room is okay, walking into the room and a sink for the bathroom is the first thing you see is a bit odd. Would’ve appreciated a desk or table to put things down as we come in. Other wise we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend

I'd stay here again
Stayed one night for a business trip. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, but did have a faint smell of cigarettes.

Staff was not able to help but we had a room that was not clean. Hair in bathtubs, dirty sheets made to look fresh (visible stains) and a deadbolt that was very loose. We arrived too late to go elsewhere.

There were people strung out on drugs hanging outside. Once we went in the whole place smelled like mold. We had seen great pictures on Expedia of the nice rooms, so we proceeded with the reservation. We went to the room and there was pubic hair in the tub, some sort of white goo on the mirror in the bedroom and the bed was unkept. And all parties involved

Free wine bottle at check in=good. Not cleaning our room= bad. There was a door hanger asking when we would like pur room to be cleaed. So I marked it. But when we reurned 10 hours later, the room had not been touched. I wouldn't have cared if they hadn't specifically asked us when they could clean.
