Do they not listen?
Waited in like 30 mins, guy gave me room that hadn’t been cleaned, unmade bed, cans on counter, pee in toilet, garbage on floor, switched rooms, then a little later i decided to get another room because my friend and kids were coming, told same staff guy 5 times I wanted adjoining room, got the room and it was 3 doors away, went back to get the right adjoining room. Ordered food from burger place there, checked no onions in the order screen, my food had onions, pretty ok place to stay but it’s like they are incapable of listening. Told the manger Vanesssa at check out what happened and she was very helpful and offered a little refund back.
