I recently stayed at Embassy Suites with my child, and the experience was far from what I expected. The first room we were given had cockroaches, so we were moved to another room where the AC was broken, and both TVs were non-functional. When I requested another room, I was told they had limited availability. Despite these issues, they refused to issue a refund, claiming they had "responded in a timely manner." The front desk manager was full of excuses, and when I tried to contact the general manager, their voicemail was conveniently full. Corporate needs to investigate how this facility is being run. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
