It was disappointing that the executive suites were being worked on and that was what I booked and spent additional money on. The room bathroom needs some TLC and since we were facing the road and it gets pretty loud at night with the constant traffic. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the evening drinks and breakfast was wonderful.

Great location and transportation provided with hotel shuttle upon demand - very easily accessible - to Busch Gardens and waterpark, as well as nearby mall with good food options. Good choice of food for included breakfast. Dinner at hotel’s restaurant was delicious and the hotel provides happy-hour free drinks every night(2 per person). There is also a public transportation bus with stop right outside the hotel - downtown Tampa is about 20-30 minutes away by bus depending on traffic; not a crowded bus, fun to see the neighborhoods all the way to downtown. TPA Airport about 25 mins away, very convenient location.

Kudos!

All the staff was very helpful to me personally. I am in a wheelchair and I had difficulty getting to my handicap room from the elevator so I requested a room right across from the elevator and the accommodated me right away. And the front desk personnel who helped me tremendously was Anna and Kay. While I was enjoying the free custom made breakfast I had a husband and wife helped me with my plates and brought me coffee and made sure I had everything I need, shout out to Lorenzo and his wife who’s name fails me right now but I already left a kudos for them in another post. I highly recommend embassy suites USF in Tampa Fl!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast selection is good and the two free drinks per night at happy hour was a nice surprise. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. This is now my hotel of choice when I am in the area.

Room next to us smoked weed all night. I have a 10 year old with down syndrome. Bathtub rusted. Chipped paint. Phone did not work to call for room service.

I hate when a motel is nothing like its pictures or description, but this hotel is exactly as shown and described. It is very clean, nice, and private; each room is spacious. You will not go wrong staying here; it is an amazing place with a hot breakfast, room service, and much more. It also has stunning views inside and out and is right on the USF campus.
