Nice property but sadly under some renovation which made finding the entrance difficult as there wasn’t any signage directing you inside. The elevator wasn’t working either and our room was on the fourth floor!

This property was very clean and friendly from the Valet to Brandon at front desk multitasking with answering phone and checking people in. He was able to properly get through 6 groups of people and make them all feel welcomed to include myself. Great hospitality and everyone on staff said hello. The room was very clean and the hello Brandon on the tv was the icing on cake. Even the checking out was great.

No microwave on property. Incidentals was way more than other hotels. They are under construction so it is being updated. The shuttle guy was awesome. We enjoyed chatting with him during our stay. Wish it had a pool. Most of the front desk staff were friendly. It was a very beautiful hotel

I selected this hotel for its proximity to my daughter’s university. After a long day of flying, multiple trips to our storage unit and then college move in and unpacking, I was finally able to check in to my room at 10:30pm. I was greeted at the desk and informed that the junior suite I had booked was found to have a water leak so I was moved to a (lesser) room. The room I was given was spacious, clean and had modern updates. However, at midnight, while watching a movie a dark mouse climbed the white drapes and 30 minutes later a gray mouse ran across the room from a different direction. I have an irrational fear of mice and rats so this was especially traumatizing for me. I called the front desk (he did not seemed surprised by the report of mice) and they moved me at 1:15am to another room which was considerably smaller, and certainly nothing close to the suite I had originally booked. I didn’t sleep the entire night for fear there were more mice in the rest of the building. They did make an effort by reducing the room rate (which they should’ve anyway since my room went from a junior suite to a shoebox) and “discounted my stay” with free breakfast and the waiving of the “resort fee”, but it really did nothing to indicate the horror they (should’ve) felt with a guest having mice in their room at a so-called “A luxury” aparthotel. For breakfast, the same waitress I had both mornings was “blah” at best- no smile, no eye contact, and moved at a glacial pace. I will not return.

The location was very good and in a middle of everything and walkable for everything so you did not need to drive but you could take an Uber and things. Were very close by to the hotel? While we are at our stay the hotel was being renovated on the exterior so it did not look very appealing until you got inside the hotel.

There was no pool and the listing said there was. A 60$ fee for what?? After driving 18 hours we asked for an early check in and they said NO ? Seriously? Terrible excuse for a hotel.
