When I got to your hotel, I was very frustrated. Beatriz Listened to why I was frustrated, which had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel and proceeded to upgrade our queen size room to a king size room. She checked on my husband, and I threw out our state, which was so awesome.

You can definitely tell the building wasn’t originally a hotel - maybe an apartment building. The renovations were nice! The staff was very hospitable and attentive! I probably won’t come back because I tend to like chain hotels better but it was a good experience!
