No closet and the door barely locks.
Our room doesn't have a closet. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without a closet. Also, we were put in a dungeon. Our room is under the stairs and our window opens up to a wall with another window. It's pretty depressing. Lastly, and least important, no one ever serviced our room, and we needed clean towels. Oh, and the door! To close it and get it to lock, we had to pull with both hands, as hard as we could. To close it from the inside, I had to ram it with my shoulder.

Staff was very friendly but the rooms are very outdated and feel dirty. Killed a little cockroach in the bathroom as soon as we got there. Our door barely shut. Bedding was old and stained, pillows are horrible. Need some upgrades for sure.

Stay from Dec 13-18. Until Dec 16 the rooms were cleaned after couple of times came to front desk to request. What the guest was replied that the hotel will be autimatically cleaned after 3 days ( why 3 days circle cleaning?) but it is not like that, our rooms (group of 3 rooms for 5 nights). We have to ask for towels and trash liners and brring them ourselves to our rooms nightly, the rooms were cleaned on the 4th night, OMG, it's unbelievable that there is a hotel with weird rule of cleaning like this hotel. The breakfast is so so . We will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
