Check in went smoothly. When we entered the room all seemed well. To sit on the bed the edges were very hard, the sheets were rough to the touch, and the bed was indented in the middle. The TV had a line that went through the middle. The refrigerator and the shower leaked all of the time.

I understand the hotel was under a lot of pressure because of the FEMA residents but some of the other guests were a nightmare. They were screaming and yelling in the hallways, loud throughout the building, and generally uncaring towards the other guests. A poster code of conduct for guests as well as a poster could go a long way. Also the room looked run down.

Employees were helpful. Breakfast was good. The beds were super uncomfortable but I kind of expected that. The carpet in the room was filthy and the room smelled, very humid/musty. I don't think this is the fault of the cleaning ladies. The hotel needs to invest in new carpets. The carpets everywhere were filthy: in the room, the hall, the breakfast area, etc. The location was good, less than 10 min from Busch Gardens, but next time I will stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable. Everything else about the hotel is not great. It needs a major refresh of carpet, furnishings and bathroom remodel to bring it up to date. I would not recommend staying here.

This place is by far the worst and most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. After my first night I woke up with bed bug bites all over. I threw away all of my belongings incase any of those things got into my bags. I will never stay there again. I do not recommend anyone to stay there. This place should be closed down.

Disappointed
Quite disappointed with the general appearance to be honest. Looks like the rug in the entire building has been there forever. They obviously try to make it good,but everyone knows rug can only be cleaned so much. It needs to replaced for sure. The shower tub faucet was dripping. They could definitely do with some upgrades. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The AC in my original room was loud and I was given another room.

The hotel is very rundown and dirty. The room was comfortable, however, the carpets and furniture need replacing or deeply cleaned. Staff was very nice and helpful but I will not return. The lobby of the hotel serves as the dining area for the free breakfast they offer and the carpet there is very filthy. Not a good first impression at all. Overall Hotel is very dated and needs to be renovated urgently. Also the elevator safety certificate is expired.
