Terrible neighborhood and terrible condition of the room/bathroom. definitely never again!!! I have picture in case you need! The funny story is that on the receipt it is written:" ...with this rate (259$ for two nights) you are not able to earn choice privilege points..." I should be paid to go there again. EXPEDIA should take more care of the condition of these hotels and describe also the area. Very disappointed!!!

Wow it was just bad.
The room was discusting, it smelled strong smell of mold and other terriable smell. The shower had previous person dirty towel still hanging. I couldn't even walk down the stairs out front because there were so many people just hanging out out there. The neighbors music was so loud until i finely left at 9pm, it was shaking the walls in my room. My husband was in the hospitol, and i just left before it was even 9:30 pm that night, i didn't even stay in the room.

This establishment is a roach infested, crack house for lack of better words. The rooms was disgraceful, roach infested and the mini sofa and bed linens had bodily fluid stains all over them. When I went to check out, the manager said there was nothing he could do because I booked through a third party. Then when I did contact hotels.com, they refused to refund my full payment, even though I was there less than 30 minutes. Absolutely atrocious.

Homeless all around area, rooms dirty, dirty sheets with burn holes, dead roaches in door frames, roaches under dressers, stains on walls and ceilings, bathroom wreaked or urine and stained. Just horrible.

Pictures online and service is not truly correct.
Front desk would not put disabled member on first floor. Blamed elevator was the solution. It was a walking distance to room issue but they showed no care in the world. Once we did get the into the room, there was a weed smell to the room for a non-smoking room. There was a few roaches around the bathroom toilet. The pool was closed even though they said it was open when room was booked. But what made the stay very awkward and less desirable was the constant barrage of homeless people asking for money around the complex and the loud people who were using vulgar language around my 7 year old child. When bought to the attention of the front desk staff, they said they would send someone to take care of that issue but no one showed up as those guys and girls went on for over 4 hours till almost 1am doing the same thing. Just not the experience my family and I wanted.

DON’T STAY HERE!!!!
The sheets and towels were stained and very worn. The bed had rusty metal rods sticking out that could cause someone to cut themselves or trip (see photo) the mattress was badly stained and the box springs were even worse. Very limited service available, but that could be forgiven because of hurricane evacuations in the area. Nevertheless, I expected a much better motel than this based on the photos in the ad.

Stay Away! Not worth booking at any price.
The room was disgusting and in need of repairs. Entry door to the room was warped and was not flush against the door frame. The bottom of the bathroom door was torn apart. Floor was dirty. Power outlets were installed upside down. The towel ledge was rusted and leaning off the wall. The lamp shade was torn. Bed sheets had not been replaced and had bloodstains on them. Shower handle could only be a fourth of the way which only gave out cold to freeing water. Tub drian was rusted. Air conditioning unit was dripping water and need maintenance. Neighborhood is in an econmically depressed area of town so a lot of people just hanging out in front of the property and dumping a lot of trash. I'm not sure who manages this property, but I don't think it would pass an safety inspection. I'm not sure if you could call this place a slum, but seemed pretty close to it. I stayed here because it was the only place that was affordable in the Tampa area that weekend, but I would of paid more to go somewhere else. See attached pics.

The photos online are not representative to the actual rooms on site. We did not see the pool area because it was closed due to the hurricane and they need to reinspect. The lobby area was nice and been updated. Neighborhood is questionable.
