It was a catfish. The pictures are not what the rooms look like. There was roaches. The bed was like a brick neighbors had multiple dogs barking and fighting all night long. Office staff was friendly and helpful but the cleaners and maintenance were not very friendly, there was too many people who wasn't staying at the hotel hanging out around the hotel, harassing customers who came in and out

Sketchy hotel in a sketchy location. The 1st room was bad, the second room was ok. The sheets were rough and the water spout in the bathroom was broken. As long as you didn’t go outside it was fine.

I felt so bad. This was a stay from June 28th with checkout June 30th for my daughter’s 13th bday for Adventure Island out in Tampa. This place the room had me feeling itchy all over just by looking at it. Tub sink dirty microwave rusted and dirty in the inside. The mattresses were hard and stiff pillows not the greatest. The room was just uncomfortable. I checked out at 8am Sunday even though we had til 11am. Straight yuck. The front desk was ok polite.

I have never had hotel staff be so kind! My boyfriend and I both slept in past check out and managed to forget all types of stuff (including his prescription medication!) and both the front desk and the housekeepers were beyond helpful through all of this. The room was wonderful, it was a smoking room so last smoke was there but overall I LOVE this hotel!

This was a one night stay while I explored the casino with a friend and I enjoyed my stay, clean amenities, room, elevator and relax area. Staff was friendly and loved my pet!
