The manager (Jose) was great. He did everything he could to accommodate us. The problem lies solely on Expedia! I booked a room through Expedia and was told my suite would sleep 4 and when we got there was given a suite that only had 1 queen size bed and no other sleeping arrangements. The next time I stay at this establishment I will book directly through them. I had to be moved to a regular room with 2 queen size beds. I'm thankful that Jose and the establishment was so willing to accommodate our needs.

Breakfast is in a restaurant, not included in the hotel. The exhaust bathroom fans were broken. Rooms without windows. The A/C and refrigerator were broken, and there were bugs and a wasp's nest on our balcony. The manager was never available—not an excellent place to stay. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

It's a convenient place to stay if you're in town for a Bucs game. It's not too far from the stadium, easy access to restaurants and has free parking. We park closer to the stadium and walk to the games. It's an older hotel, but we felt safe. It could use some updates in the rooms, but overall it was a good place to stay for a low price.

Average hotel,is clean and quiet,but needs some updates, small tv,the only have an ice machine by the pool so if you staying at the front of the hotel is pretty far and have to walk outside to get ice.staff is not too friendly.other then that is an ok hotel for one or two nigths.
