Overall good value for what you pay. Rooms need new paint and carpet. Some rooms have mold odors, but AC works good, beds7/10, bathrooms7/10. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which had a living room and kitchen, washer dryer. Pretty happy with how much we pay.

Hotel next to Hoa Lo museum, there is a small convenient store and a mall downstairs with AC. Rooms are large and clean, has kitchen, big refrigerator and washer dryer. But rooms are very old, Needs new paint and new carpet, might have odors. But the rate is cheaper, good bargain. Beds are okay, bathrooms are okay..

There's a range of sports equipment and the staff were very nice. The rooms had a couple stains on the carpet, however came with AC in every room accompanied by Lovely pillows. In addition there was an easily accessible mall underneath the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for us. The apartment was big with a washer/dryer which we love so much when in Vietnam. No words can explain how amazing the staffs were. Extraordinary service.

Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy. There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM.

I will not return to this place again in the future. The apartment is so outdated, old. The washer dryer is not user friendly with no instructions available. Have to use hair dryer outside of bathroom, electrical outlets need to be updated for all international users, not just a few countries. I was warned by a local travel agent not to book this place but I prefer a serviced apartment near the area I wanted to visit so I didn’t heed her advice. What a mistake!

The guest rooms are very spacious and great if you have multiple travelers requiring more than 1 guest room. It is quite worn out with time, but is still in a good condition for a couple nights stay. It is around 3-5 minutes walk if you need some local food and coffee. Otherwise you are just at the edge of the Old Quarter, and within a 10 minute walk to St Joseph Cathedral. Ride hail is easily available and can bring you to the Old Quarter within 5 minutes and West Lake within 10-15 minutes ride away. I would say this service apartment is conveniently located but away from the craziness of the Old Quarter.

Nice and convenient with a functional kitchen. There is also a grocery store on the premise. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff is wonderful; so are the front desk folks. I highly recommend.

The location is great and the staff are great but the property itself is old and pretty rundown. This place had decent reviews so we booked 3 nights after the new year but ended up checking out after the first night. My family and I reserved a Premier 2 Bedroom, which is supposed to be their top tier room. When we checked in, they initially gave us this disgusting 2 bedroom that smelled badly and had nasty stained carpets throughout. I'm pretty sure they gave this to us bc we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). I went downstairs and told them that wasn't the type of room that we reserved and they quickly moved us down the hall to another room. This one was a little better but it still just had a real uneasy feeling. Everything just felt a little off.. like they did some cheap renovations and threw in a few random pieces of furniture. It was not warm and inviting at all like you see in their pictures! The hallways smelled, the kitchen was really old (not a huge deal), the couch was dirty, the beds were hard, warm water was regulated (only one person could shower). It was just bad and nothing I've ever experienced before. This place is wayyy overpriced for what it has to offer. We requested to check out early after the first night and they were only willing to refund us one night. We took that and got out of there as quickly as possible.
