The City of London beach accommodation

As I entered the hotel I was acknowledged by staff and they did their best to have me checked in early. They were very polite and friendly and made my experience feel alot more special. I attended to celebrate a special occasion and they did everything they could to make it feel so special! Beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Cannot fault a thing. Would defo stay here again!

We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable, appreciated the welcome drink. Had breakfast in the hotel one morning and that was great too. Easy to get around, close to tube stations. Good pubs in the area. Would stay again, or try one of their other properties!

We showed up early and paid for an ewrly check-in. The guy at the check-in desk was very polite, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It's in a great location as well. The pool and spa area is very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, located right across a metro station and steps to Tower Bridge. Rooms are very comfortable. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that included a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gifts (chocolates) were a nice touch. Thank you Francisca for an amazing service. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again in my next visit to London.
