This is a lovely hotel in a good location both for underground station and walking, staff are helpful and friendly and rooms clean and well equipped. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but enjoyed a drink in the rooftop bar, be prepared to pay a bit more for the experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely be back on my next visit

Awesome stay. Staff were on it. Many examples of them helping.one example I mentioned I wished I had an umbrella. In a nano second They gave me one to use. I was not even talking to them. Loved it there we will stay again if we come back to London.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodated every request we had from fixing our ac to more coffee and towels. Room was a little small but we expected that in London. No dresser so that was surprising but we made it work. Great location! Woukd definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The location is great and a five minute walk to the Tower Bridge. The hotel food was good and there is plenty around the hotel. They have one of the best views from the roof. The only negative is you have to have a reservation for the roof top or the service is not great and most of the view areas are blocked off for the private tables in the evening.
