This property was a great property, however, the staff at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. They weren’t friendly at all. They barely wanted to help people, and I would never go back to this hotel, simply because of the staff.

Really lovely hotel in the perfect location reception staff were lovely. unfortunately the roof terrace is not great not aimed at the hotel guests an it seems to be aimed at the young and beautiful 😊 and the drinks are ridiculously expensive however there is a good pub across the road would stay there again

Really lovely property, great for transport links and super friendly staff who were so helpful and attentive.We had a lovely view from the 11th floor and were gifted some fudge as we were celebrating my husbands 50th. Breakfast was also beautiful and we had drinks at the bar both evenings which were fabulous.

The hotel is in good location and staffs are helpful and friendly . The only thing to be complained about is the roof top bar in the evening when we have to share the elevators with the bar patrols and at time we encountered certain uneasy behavior or scene that make us feel uncomfortable!

I arrived earlier than the designated check-in and I was accommodated. The room was clean and well appointed, if not a little small - but reasonable by London standards. There was a faint smell of smoke (cigarette) and cleaning products but otherwise really clean and comfortable bed. Would definately book again!

This property was great! Everyone was so polite and professional, and the restaurants were great. We really enjoyed the bar on the rooftop, and the room was lovely. The rainfall shower was fantastic. The only negative was there is no elevator at this train stop so you have to carry up all of your luggage up the two stairs if you're coming from the underground. Luckily, the stop is next door though.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was perfect for what I needed. Temperature was great! Staff was very helpful. We had a drink in the restaurant and it was satisfactory. Next to Aldgate station. Steps from the front door. I got a Latte at the Black Sheep coffee stand between hotel and Aldgate station, everyday. Walking distance to The Tower, Tower Bridge and from there you can walk to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Very convenient and comfortable!
