As I entered the hotel I was acknowledged by staff and they did their best to have me checked in early. They were very polite and friendly and made my experience feel alot more special. I attended to celebrate a special occasion and they did everything they could to make it feel so special! Beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Cannot fault a thing. Would defo stay here again!

Very Disappointing Experience
I left my baggage with the hotel for storage, only for it to arrive in my room damaged with pen drawn on it. To make matters worse, the hotel took no responsibility for the damage. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, the hotel lobby smelled strongly of smoke and was very busy, making for an unpleasant first impression. Considering the price, there are several other hotels nearby that are both better and more affordable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel. Feel free to adjust as needed!

Very clean and comfortable.
I really loved the location of this hotel. It was directly by the underground. They even offered storage luggage while we were waiting to leave the city. There are several small restaurants arounds for coffee and snacks. The beds were firm which is my preference!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, polite and professional. Lovely, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee. There was also a fridge and complimentary bottles of water. Very well thought out, everything you need as you arrive after a journey. It is also adjacent to the underground station and opposite a small bus station where you can catch a red London bus with ease. We visit London a few times a year, but this was our first time in the Saint Hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

London weekend
On early arrival at Hotel Saint which was very conveniently situated next to Aldgate underground entrance - at reception we were met by very friendly staff who booked us in and allocated us our room immediately - the room was a small double but adequate very clean and smart with all the accessories (fridge, iron, safe, coffee machine tea making facilities and large tv).From the rooms window there was decent view of the London skyline - there were three lifts which were very responsive and quick as we were on the 10th floor. One of the highlights of our weeked apart from seeing and visiting our Grandson was going to the hotels rooftop bar with great views.

Birthday Celebration
Highly recommend this hotel! Check in with Hea (hope the spelling is correct) was faultless. She was so friendly and welcoming and even remembered us the next morning at check out, she went out of her way to come and ask if our stay had been a good one. My answer to that is it couldn’t have gone any better. The room was immaculate, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The staff left a lovely welcoming message and gift as we were celebrating our birthdays. Such a kind gesture. Powerful shower, robes, slippers, comfortable mattress and pillows.. what more do you you need! Well views, and that’s exactly what we got! Although in the middle of the city, the views of the Gherkin and Walkie talkie building particularly when lit up at night were amazing. The tube station is right next door to the hotel, so commuting was so easy. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely return to this hotel. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome . Thank you for making our birthdays so memorable!
