I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We checked in, and were given a room on floor 2 (a non-pet floor). We walked in and noticed it was musty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Floor 1 & 3 are pet floors so we turned on the air, hoping that it would subside, but my disabled traveling companion started feeling extremely nauseous from the smell. We had paid $225 a night and had been in the room for maybe 30 minutes but the front desk refused to honor a refund for the first night as we had "already checked in." They cited a policy which stated a refund was not permissable after check in, even in a case such as room condition. We found another hotel for over $400/ night and left. I have honestly never experienced a front desk agent ever be so inconsiderate, especially when the reservation had been booked just an hour before check in. It was a very high rate, deplorable room condition, and just inconsiderate "customer service." Hotels.con for their part tried to get the front desk to agree to a refund but the staff said they would only refund the second night. I wouldn't risk booking here. If you have ANY issue with the room they will not refund you even if they're unable to provide a clean room.
