The room was not that great missing towels in the bathroom the tv screen was cracked and did not work. Saw a cockroach by the bed. The noise at night was like hearing it outside all the noises were very clear from upstairs and next door. Would not stay there again very disappointed

Starting with the guy I. The parking lot very rude the ladies in the reception the same then rooms are old and at night loud music till 4 am so if ure planning on a famaly stay it’s not the one this is an all night party hotel looks like

Convenient location to the party scene , it was very cheap to stay there . Definitely NOT as advertised and the rooms need to be cleaned better my floor was dusty and I had to asked to come change the sheets and the curtains due to some brown stains , but the staff is very caring and accommodating.

This place is CATFISH place it’s nothing like they claim it’s unsafe and not up to code on anything. There catch is NO REFUND once your there. Don’t fall for it it’s horrible.

Came to visit Rosarito for the first time driving from Los Angeles. The staff was very friendly, and the security made me feel safe. Parking is available for $5 USD per night, and a $100 deposit is required. A wristband is required to be worn throughout the stay at the hotel, but it was not too uncomfortable once I became used to it. The stay was great.

What once was considered one of the best hotels has really declined. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. TV was smaller than my laptop. No drawers to place your items. No night table lamp. No screens on the windows. A small table with a table and more lighting would make a difference. How about some decore to boost some ambiance. It is a convenient walk to certain establishments but nothing more than that.
