The staff were very nice, and got us checked in quickly. The hotel itself is dated and could use some work- however: the room was spacious and very clean. It is also a convenient location as the Puerto Nuevo shopping and restaurants.

Arrived to property and they gave us wrong room and down graded me even after I had pay in advance for my room the WiFi only worked in 3 parts of the hotel and not mine the TV was broken everything like towels for pool were extra charge and food was over priced front desk was very difficult to deal with

Overall the rooms are okay, however there was no AC in our room and a almost 100 degree temperature. They only provide you with a fan. The pool area was nice and the inside pool was nice n warm for the little ones.
