My daughter and I were going to a concert and decided to stay in hotel. It was close to the venue and walkable to it and many restaurants. We ran in to Patrick Mahomes' brother in the hotel lobby who took a picture with us. The room was spotless.

No parking for pick up truck. Ask valet three different days about keeping truck upfront like they had other trucks parked Monday -Thursday the whole time I stayed and I was told no. I have my suspicions on why but it’s not relevant at this point. The homeless attacking my wife while outside walking to the truck we had to park 5 blocks away. We have police reports. Vehicle being vandalized while parked 5 blocks away. Again we have police reports.We probably won’t be staying at a Marriott for some time after our last stay. Very unsettling and unsafe for family setting for a holiday vacation

Property did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and prompt to address needs once informed. Wish I could have stayed several more days but will keep this property in mind on my next visit to KC.

They checked me out of my room after we had left and gone to the game. They took my stuff and put it in a bag and I couldn’t get to it until the morning because I didn’t know I had been checked out until we got back at 1am. Not a great experience. They also charged all of the rooms on the wrong cards which is a pain to get fixed.
