I am reaching out with deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent reservation experience. Immediately after making the booking, I realized I had made an error with the dates and promptly contacted your team to address it. As proof of this mistake, I had to reserve a different hotel that same evening.
Unfortunately, I have not received the level of customer service or understanding I had hoped for in this situation. It is truly disheartening that, despite my immediate effort to rectify the issue, no consideration has been given for an exception. While I understand that policies are in place, situations like these warrant flexibility, especially when corrective action was taken right away.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend a hotel that is unwilling to assist its guests in good faith. I am left feeling that my money has been taken without fair consideration, and I will be sharing my experience in an upcoming review if a fair resolution isn’t provided.
