Everything was good on the day of check in. The front desk was nice and professional. The room was good and clean. But the next day morning around 11am as we were getting ready to check out, the water was completely shut down. Not a drop of water to get ready, so had get water bottles from downstairs to even wash our faces. All 3 elevators were used by construction crew I guess, not sure. But we had to wait more than few minutes to get one. Because of this delay, it looked like we cannot check out at 12 pm so we called front desk to ask for 1 pm check out, they said ok because it’s their fault. But I was told by front desk, that there is no shuttle after the 12:20pm one until 1:40 pm indirectly forcing us to check out right at 12 pm even though the delay was completely on them. I told them we’ll take an Uber. Getting ready with elderly people and a baby with us and Not a drop of water makes it hard.
When we got downstairs for check out around 12:55pm, after literally waiting for 5 minutes for elevator, the hotel shuttle showed up and maybe 2 people got on and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. But when asked Front desk they said a bigger group was going to take it but since they are not here, we can take it if we want. But I already ordered an Uber and the car also showed up. So one of my parents took the shuttle and we took all the bags and rode in uber.
