I've stayed at the hotel twice before and really enjoyed it, but this time it felt like we were given an out-of-service room that was put back in service before it was refurbished. There was an issue with the bathroom door handle, the bathtub, and the safe. They managed to fix the first two, and when they couldn't fix the third, they gave me a partial refund, which I appreciated. If this was my first visit, I wouldn't go back, but based on my previous stays, this feels like an anomaly.
