I always stay here when I come to Toronto. I love the suites, prices are very good and the convenience of the location is awesome. Highly recommended - plus McDonald's is across the street. What more do you want!!!

The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. There was two groups in our shuttle that filled it to capacity. The driver did not want to have to come back and pick up another group of three so told the passengers to put their children on their laps and instructed another passenger just to stand in the van so that everybody could fit in. The disregard for safety was appalling.

Everything was good on the day of check in. The front desk was nice and professional. The room was good and clean. But the next day morning around 11am as we were getting ready to check out, the water was completely shut down. Not a drop of water to get ready, so had get water bottles from downstairs to even wash our faces. All 3 elevators were used by construction crew I guess, not sure. But we had to wait more than few minutes to get one. Because of this delay, it looked like we cannot check out at 12 pm so we called front desk to ask for 1 pm check out, they said ok because it’s their fault. But I was told by front desk, that there is no shuttle after the 12:20pm one until 1:40 pm indirectly forcing us to check out right at 12 pm even though the delay was completely on them. I told them we’ll take an Uber. Getting ready with elderly people and a baby with us and Not a drop of water makes it hard. When we got downstairs for check out around 12:55pm, after literally waiting for 5 minutes for elevator, the hotel shuttle showed up and maybe 2 people got on and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. But when asked Front desk they said a bigger group was going to take it but since they are not here, we can take it if we want. But I already ordered an Uber and the car also showed up. So one of my parents took the shuttle and we took all the bags and rode in uber.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was fantastic-ensuring that all the passengers were taken care of. The front counter staff were polite and prompt. Only eats was Denny’s-unfortunately. And the room was large and spacious. The room was very spacious and Nicholson first entrance. The pillows in the room (2 queen) were high and hard with just two soft pillows available for two queens and we were a family of four. The bathroom needed to be renovated, wholes in the shower floor/basin, the toilet roll holder was loose and the toilet roll always fell if you didn’t hold on to it. The mirror was all peeled and deteriorating. The paint and counter as well. The toilet cover is old school and slams. The sink faucet goes either super fast and splashes every where or trickles. But loved that the bathroom fan and the light were not connected. Overall a good stay, even great considering we were they just as short layover before flying out the next day. Price point was okay. Could be slightly better. Thank you!

Great Hotel.

Great hotel, nice room. Easy parking. Only thing I would have liked is to see someone at the desk on checkout as they owed us 100$ and I wanted to make sure we got it. No one was there and we had to catch our flight.
