Free shuttle runs 24 hrs/day. We took the shuttle to the airport, then took the train from the airport to Union Station downtown for meals, sightseeing, etc. Reverse to return to hotel. It was smooth and easy. Our room was very spacious. We did have problems with our room. Water in bathroom ran hot to scalding. No cold water. They sent someone to fix it, but no change. We are not total coffee snobs, but the coffee in the room was pretty awful. Could have had more outlets more strategically placed. When we used the TV remote in the living area, it turned on the TVs in the living and sleeping areas. Reserved the guest laundry (one stack washer and dryer). Left our plastic bags in the laundry room while wash was running, but cleaning people came in and got rid of all of them. We stopped by the desk and got a large plastic bag to bring clean laundry back to our room. Told the front desk about all this in response to, "how was your stay", when checking out. They took 25% off our last day (the most expensive day).
